We had different sales people with the exact well-trained sales approaches. "I refuse to sell you a pair of shoes in the size you are requesting." I heard other customers being told that in the store while waiting. I said my shoe felt too large and I could fit my finger behind the heel, I was told that's normal and we have $50 inserts to make the already expensive shoe fit better. My husband chalked it up that he made a bad decision in buying shoes a little too big that cause him to stumble when walking an inside track. I went back to Fleet Feet 1 day past the 30 day/month policy to exchange my shoes because after walking in them 4 times on an inside track, my foot started flopping around in it. I've always worn a 5 - 5.5 and even with realizing my narrow feet got larger with age, I was placed in a size 7. The salesperson could not help me out with an exchange mainly because of the return policy time that was shortened only a month prior to my purchase, and besides they didn't have any size 6 Brooks for the exchange. I went to two other "reputable" shoe stores who measured my feet traditionally. I was told by both stores that I should not be wearing a shoe larger than a 6. So buyer beware. We truly believe that our local Fleet Feet store sells whatever is in stock and we both will know better from now on. It may be great for runners, but not for basic walking.

The only time my right foot gave me pain was when I was standing on it for hours on end. I bought a Walmart Insole and that seemed to help the pain. I bought the Good Feet insoles but they seemed to have the same effect as the Walmart insoles but cost me $4000.00 instead of 50 bucks. I was told if I went to a podiatrist and got a custom insole it would have cost 800 dollars so to say I'm not happy is an understatement. The fact that you can't return these insoles makes me even angrier. Ia msure there are people who have a good experience with The Good Feet Store but mine has been a nightmare.

I I learned that there would be a presentation and product experience, plus an option for face to be made up with some of the best Rodial products. Rodial and Soft Suroundings paired up. Not only are you getting beautiful clothes, you have the option of getting all over beauty tips and the products are right there. The Connoisseur of Beauty was introduced as Monsieur Waltzer. His first name is really Monsieur, and he is one of a few masters of facial sculpting, shaping, shading, matching skin tones, plumping lips, getting rid of wrinkles on the face, neck, chest under the chin, eyelids and so on. I watched Monsieur work on the ladies, and he is the most gentlest young man to ever discuss make up with me, or that I've seen make up women. I had my appointment so I went ahead and got my mug made up so it could look like a champagne glass. Dat's right! And Monsieur did it. The firming cream is to die for, and the lipsticks and the liquid foundations are beautiful. I bought quite a few items, Monsieur explained every item to me and how to use them. Me and my mother shop there all the time and there was a stain on the shirt we bought. We were told basically we were lying and that it was worn which is was not. I put it on back at home for an interview and it was in the bag all night and then noticed very visible stains. Training needs to be done with some of your staff because the attitudes and the way they handled the situation was completely unacceptable. We will still shop but I will not go around the same time again if that particular lady is in the store. Her attitude is awful towards customers.
