Needing a suit quickly for a funeral the next day would have been nearly impossible for the fashion-challenged individuals that we are. Within 30 seconds of entering the store, a female employee offered help. Tranicka (the spelling may be wrong) patiently outfitted us with the perfect sized suite, advised us on color and style choices appropriate for a funeral and did it all with a smile and casual sense of humor. We were truly appreciative of her knowledge and willingness to help, as we would have been completely lost, not even knowing what size to start with. Tranicka knew just by looking. In all, she set us up with everything we needed, including shoes, shirt, socks and a tie. She even tied the tie for us! Paul nailed the measurements the first time I was in the store and each of the suits I have received has been spot-on. Paul sends me swatches a few times a year and I order based on those. I've tried having suits made at other shops around the country, but Paul's attention to detail and gracious service is unmatched.
