We bought chairs for outdoor games which were very good prices and they last a long time. They have reasonable prices for all your sporting needs. Mouth guards, basketballs, cups, bikes, hoops, sports clothing and more. The staff is always helpful when we need and they greet you as you walk in. We came here to compare prices for a hoop which we saw better elsewhere but overall, not bad.

I got the shoes, opened the REAX and they are worn, dirty and stained. There is white paint or something similar on the bottoms, on the side and top, there is what looks like splattered Cola or coffee. The laces are dirty and the inside of the shoe has fuzz and dirt. I IMMEDIATELY called the Manchester store and "Wayne" answered in the shoe department. He was 10,000% extremely unhelpful, rude and very off putting with his attitude. He blamed it on the delivery service I used, my response was they dont work for Academy, they are a delivery company. He then says well what do you want me to do about it? So I hung up and called to talk to a manager. The manager "James" was worse than the first guy, so apparently I was going to get no where with him either. So here I am, stuck with worn, dirty Nikes that I paid 100$ for! NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY NOR WILL I EVER SPEND ONE MORE CENT WITH THEM.....​​

I was interested in something new but had no idea where to start, so I knew it was time for a visit to Fleet Feet. The staff is always extremely helpful. They don't try to push things on you... everything is about a zillion dollars anyway, so whatever shoes you buy, they're making a great sale! They always seem focused on helping me find what's right for me at the time. On my latest visit, I was fitted in a pair of Cloud Surfers and I'm so happy with the change! Oh, and the best part about this store is that you can try your shoes and return them within SIXTY DAYS if they aren't the perfect option. That's pretty incredible! This isn't a spot I need too often, but when I do, I am never disappointed. I will always make this my stop for my running needs!

I have to run for my job and I don't want to be the guy who is "in shape" but can run 1/4 mile without dying . With that being said, I despise running because it kills my feet. So I decided to get fitted at this location. Jaclyn was a pro and have 4-5 pairs of shoes in front of me within 5 minutes. She had me stand on their 3D scanner, walk on their special pads, and walk so she could see my steps. She was a real pro. Than came the shoes. She got 4-5 pairs out, helped me get them on and off and had the patience of a saint. Granted I was pretty easy and fast, but I could tell she was ready to help me all day if need be. 18 minutes and she had me in the perfect shoe....unreal and I'm beyond happy with my purchase. Thank you so much to this location for having such great employees. Value here I felt was really great. She also pointed me towards the shoes I NEEDED and not the ones that were the newest or most expensive. She only even asked for my opinion, and gave facts about the shoes. We left with much more - inserts that should help me, especially during soccer, a pair of shoes for my wife that have her excited about how well they fit and perform, and a couple other Christmas stocking stuffers. Beyond the high quality shoes, we have a better understanding of our feet... my heel has been a bit tight the past few weeks and I have found a few stretches that help it loosen up. They have a massive inventory of second hand, name brand, and overstock items. The space is poorly organized. Items are grouped by size and gender but that's about where the organization ends. Items are placed on racks and it's your responsibility to hunt through row by row, rack by rack. Pants skirts sweaters shirts all together. It took a good bit of time to work my way through the store. They did offer a plus size section, but this was also haphazardly organized. I came away with several treasures! Brand new and some brand name items. I didn't spend more than $20 for any single item. The tags offer an additional discount off the listed price up to 25,40, and even 80% off. Best part were the fitting rooms. Nothing worse than getting home with a pile of treasure that don't fit or look right. The staff seemed to be fairly limited. But they were friendly and helpful with questions and suggestions.
