With all the Christmas wrapping and such, the receipt was misplaced. The next day, I called and was confirmed they would accept the return for exchange (which was the plan anyhow). Because of a hectic holiday work schedule it took about a week for my wife to have time to go do the exchange and now they are refusing the exchange, being rather rude and questioning her honesty on the exchange. I or my family will never shop here again and pass on this abuse.

So 2 years ago hubby bought me these Gucci Water Tiger slides for my birthday & I have been looking for another pair, can't find them anywhere.. Anyhoo, we built a little patio in my garden have been putting stone paths thru it & the other day we were working on the back steps that leads to the garden, I came down them & my slide went sideways, it tore, I went down. Yep, I blew my flip flop :( With cuts & bruises all over, I decided I fancied a new pair of slides, so off to DSW we went! The only place I like to go for shoes is DSW unless it's Gucci & we don't have one of those here :( This store is nice. It has a lot of the usual brands. It's not as nice as the DSW in Addison, Texas. They have a giant designer section that does have Gucci sometimes. I bought hubby a pair of Gucci boots he loves at the Addison, Texas store. Yay!! :)) Anyhoo, this store is not as nice. And they didn't have anything I fancied at the moment. So I did what most girls do. I started crying & hubby knew just what to do. Hubby took me to Lowe's! LOL He bought some super duper Gorilla glue, cleaned up, glued up my favorite Water Tiger flip flops & had them ready for me the next morning. Best hubby on the planet! :)) I'm back to bouncing & fannying about town no problemo. I hope DSW gets some better inventory soon bc this store's inventory is seriously lacking in the "Water Tiger" pirate style department. Meow! Arrrr! Will return.
