For example, the coffee machine wasn't working well, and they had us a brand new one in 30 min. When the Internet went out, they brought someone out that same day to fix it! The customer service was excellent! We rented a pontoon there - great experience! And they have so many activities and amenities included for all ages. For example, a free ice cream party by the pool- complete with a clown that did balloon animals. We were definitely not bored. Perfect for families. Definitely recommend! Great place to stay!! On Memorial Day weekend they have several things to be a part of. They are very good to patrol the campground to make sure all is going well. They pay very good attention to the weather and if needed will encourage you to move to higher ground to avoid having issues with the vast amount of rain.
