We stepped away so the area could be cleaned, which we did by going to the restroom. When we returned, they gave our booth to two other men, and we were simply told that they just sat there without any acknowledgment that the table had already been requested, but somehow the staff couldn't find a way to tell them that that booth was already reserved for us. As a result, we were seated in another Patrons section, despite wanting a more private booth for conversation. Shortly afterward, another booth became available, but once again we were required to wait for it to be cleaned. There were two female staff members working that evening. I have visited hookah lounges across multiple states and have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism or such delays in table turnover. And to top it all off their hookah cubes were poor quality.....While the venue had a good crowd, the service remained consistently poor throughout our visit.
