The ambience of this lounge reminds me of the beauty of the Middle East with a post modern and casual vibe touch to it. The music and atmosphere definitely set me back to that one Dubai nightclub hookah bar I got to enjoy back in 2021! And Man, was this such a great experience! Shout out to Yosuf ! Yosuf's hospitality and kindness definitely made me feel at home! Great service and attention to detail around comfort and service too! He definitely leads the team and has the best recommendations for first comers! Check in with him since he knows what's always up! ( I believe this gentleman was the manager or in some place responsible as he oversees the cashier!) After checking out few hookah lounges in the bay, I found myself asking this man so many more questions I never thought about getting answered for ! The selection of flavors and drinks definitely stood out to me compared to other spaces. Now, knowing this space closes at 2am for sure! Made it the most desirable to go to after the bars, to settle down and catch some more drinks! Definitely will come again since the music was good enough to dance and the flavors were enough to ask for seconds ! read more

We went again yesterday and the owner Yosuf was very accomodating this time. He was also very polite and let us choose the spot that fit best for us since we were a bigger group (9 people). He also helped with flavor suggestions ! And the new hookahs are all pretty smooth. Would definitely recommed this place if you're looking to hang out and chit chat since the music isn't very loud which me and my friends love about this place the most ( besides their amazin pan hookah ofcourse!) read more

We came here for my husband's birthday, and we were so surprised with the hookah. We smoke hookah every night at home and are very picky. We were really surprised by the flavors, the hookah was hitting clouds. I definitely recommend the mango lassi flavor. We've been long-time customers of this hookah lounge, but the experience has gone downhill because of the managers. Their behavior toward customers is consistently rude and unprofessional--not just with us, but with almost everyone. It's disappointing to see how poorly they treat people who come in to relax and enjoy their time. Good customer service is essential for any business, and unfortunately, the management here completely fails at that. This place seriously needs better leadership and a more respectful attitude toward customers. read more

The place itself is chill, but the management's behavior and customer service were the worst. They charge by the hour -- we ordered two hookahs and Red Bulls and stayed for about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Then the owner gave us a warning to either leave or order another hookah. This is by far the best hookah lounge I have ever been to! The atmosphere and environment is very chill and relaxing. The owner is super nice and very welcoming! Came here with a friend a few weeks ago on a weekday night. The place wasn't busy and we ordered a peach hookah which costs $25. Hookah came out and it had a burnt taste with no peach flavor at all. The person helping us said that's normal and if we wanted a more "peachy" flavor we should have ordered "white peach." We asked if he would replace it since we only took like 2 puffs but he told us he'd have to charge us again. Supposedly he took it back and "fixed" it but it still tasted burnt. We left less than 5 minutes after we walked in. I wouldn't give 1 star just because the quality of hookah was bad, but how about some customer service? Sure, the guy was nice, but that's probably because we didn't make a fuss and just cut our losses. That hookah is costing you pennies on the dollar, and if you brought out bad hookah why don't you just replace it? Could've had a repeat customer, but instead they opted for one time revenue of $25.75 and a 1-star review. read more

This is a great place to come and relax and hangout with friends and a very friendly family orientated business. Not too loud and the service here is lovely. They treat you like family and make you feel very welcome, as well the cleanest lounge. The hookah is one of the best I've had in the Bay Area and last pretty long, also give you coal without needing to ask. They have a good choice of drinks and a bunch of yummy snacks. Super welcoming, very chill and awesome vibe: this is arguably the best venue to have hookah in the South Bay. And we've tried them all! Yusuf, in particular, needs a special mention! That man is the heart and soul of the place. He's the perfect host who made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Changed the coals unprompted, brought us our teas quickly, and did not even charge us for them when we left! The sofas are super comfy and laid out in a format that ensure privacy, even when you come as a large group. This is our go-to place for hookah, no doubt whatsoever! read more

The hookah lounge has a great open concept and the energy is great. Haven't sone Hookah for awhile, the experience I had was amazing, super chill vibes, great music variety, and the environment is welcoming. The star of it all is the owner, his energy is beautiful, he provides great recommendations and takes accountability if you don't like it. It is hard to find a proper place where owners know different types of tobacco, flavoring options, bowls and etc. They will make sure hookah will be tasty, long lasting and great experience. I had to click Other and manually type in 0. When I did that, she gave me the stink eye and felt like I was being judged. I received my receipt and to my surprise the total cost came up to $20.34?? Excuse me? There was a credit card surcharge of 3% applied? I wasn't made aware of this surcharge when I ordered. Why are we expected to pay this cost? This should have been covered on the business side. If you are going to order from this place be sure to track the cost of what you are ordering. The staff are very friendly and understanding. During my first visit, we ordered the ribs and brisket as well as a tri tip salad. The brisket was very tender and juicy. I usually avoid ordering briskets since most BBQ places in San Jose that I've been to have made them very dry. There was only one piece that wasn't juicy which I expected since it had no fat on it. It was still tender and not dried out. The ribs were also good. It was tender and didn't stick to the bone as much but it wasn't as tender where it just slides off the bone. The seasoning on the ribs was neutral and the BBQ Pit have their own special bbq sauce (regular and spicy) which goes well with the meat. My wife ordered the tri tip salad and she enjoyed it. I stole some of her greens to balance the meat and beer and the veggies were fresh. The salad came with cornbread but I didn't try it. On my second visit, I decided to get the tri tip woith a side of baked potato and coleslaw. The baked potato was $3 extra. The tri tip had really good flavor and texture. It ripped apart easily when pulling. The coleslaw was ok. I might get the mac and cheese or beans next time. My wife ate the baked potato and ate most of it. I tried a little bit where it was just the potato and it was not overcooked and not too undercooked. It was easy to scoop with the fork without too much effort. If you are in the area and craving for BBQ, I highly recommend trying this place. The portion is not as big as BBQ joints in Texas or KC but they are on par with the ones around San Jose. The pricing is decent and like I mentioned, is also on par to San Jose pricing. If you have a big group, there are plenty of tables to accommodate folks. The location is close to the highway so that's a plus. The staff is very helpful and will give you a good recommendation if you are debating on what to order.

This is the most chill hookah lounge! I've known about it for 2 years and finally started coming out to 40 in October 2018. I've been to a few other hookah lounges and none of them come close to 40. Best flavors, best customer service, and the best vibes are all here. It's also really well maintained as far as cleanliness. This place has hands down the best hookah I've ever smoked. The owner keeps a very friendly environment within the lounge and will treat you like family. Whether you want to be slumped on the couch smoking something strong or relaxed with a smooth bowl this place has it all. People even throw their birthday celebrations here and everyone ends up dancing to the music and have a great time. I was visiting from Indianapolis and my boy vegeta told me about this place. I came and the ambiance and vibe was astonishing. I was greeeted l by this skinny little Indian guy. He made me a fruity bowl and my mind was blown. It was smooth and lasted nearly an hour and half. This guy is like a hookah genuis. I came in and asked his wife if I can use the hookah service the owner (her husband) came back and told me I had to leave because he thought I was trying to flirt with his wife. We actually met up with another friend who got here first. We easily found a spot outside for our party of 4. I don't recall what cigar I picked. I believe I either let my friend decide or I just randomly let myself gravitate towards one. I do have a pic of the one above, so I'm guessing that is what I ended up smoking. I wanted something short and this fit the bill. We actually sat around a fire pit of sorts. We did try to get it lit, but it proved a little difficult. It was a chilly night, so sitting in front of a campfire sounded nice. We did get it to slightly light, so that was something. A fun place to chill if you like smoking cigars. REVIEW #3865

I absolutely adore the chandelier in the center of the lounge. Cute seating areas. Friendly staff. Nice place for a date or to celebrarte any occasion.
