Absolutely loved this place. The glass hookahs looked fancy and the sitting area comfortable. They had good lighting inside making it look not dingy like some places. The hookah was on point with a yummy strong flavor. My friend and i got the berry splash and dejango combo and loved it. Hookahs were $25 and it lasted 2 hours. My cousins and I had come to this place a few Saturdays ago around 12am. Three observations: -We had 2 people that weren't going to partake. Typically I've seen a $5/person charge on really busy and packed nights. In this scenario, the place was dead and the owner charges $10 per person here. -It was nice to be greeted and seated. -The hookah hit well. We came to Double Apple Hookah with my wife, cousins, and her husband, and had such a relaxing night. The green tea here is amazing--fresh, warm, and perfectly paired with the hookah. The atmosphere was cozy and clean, with good music that wasn't too loud so we could talk and enjoy the night. The manager, Jawed, took care of us really well and made sure we had everything we needed, checking in without hovering. We really appreciated his kindness and attention. We walked in and were immediately helped. You order and pay. We ordered double apple (good) and a ginger tea (good). The hookah we ordered was so cool it had a colored lazer. I never seen before. They play good music hip hop, rap, afro etc. The people here are very nice. They said they are packed weekends and open til 3. I recommend coming here. read more

While the place served good hookah it's very much mismanaged. The opening time is 5 pm but if you arrive by 5:10 pm the staff lets you walk in to sit but they are actually moping and dusting the place, cleaning the hookahs. I should rather say a single person is doing all these activities. Hence the service actually does not start until 6 pm. So just be aware of the time, if it says it opens at 5, don't go before 6 pm. From the looks of it, it seemed like the only staff also came in at 5 pm and they had left the store like a wreck the last night. Not a single hookah was cleaned to serve. Moreover the staff is so unfriendly that they want to clean all hookahs at once (one by one) I think they should instead take orders in such scenario and clean 4-5 hookahs first so at least they can cater to the customers they let sit in the venue. read more

Place used to be really good but as of lately the service has been pretty bad. They move you around constantly and majority of the seats are reserved and left empty. It seems like they changed the workers and the new guys aren't making the hookah good. My hookah came out completely burnt, as did my friends, and my coal tray was leaking syrup from the tobacco under the head. Anyone who knows how to make hookah knows syrup leaking means it's a pretty sloppy job. When I asked for a new head after only having the hookah for 5-10 minutes the worker laughed and said I'd get charged for a refill even though my hookah was burnt and leaking syrup since I got it. I'm giving it 3 stars because it's been great in the past. Don't see myself coming back after this experience despite being a long term customer/fan of this place. read more

The first thing I have to comment about are the couches, and let me tell you, they are quite comfortable! My friend and I decided to try this place out since it's nearby and we were surprisingly impressed. The plaza it's in is kinda small and a bit sketch, but it works out (atleast during nightime). We shared a "Summer Solstice" flavor which wasn't bad at all! The people are also quite friendly. Both customers and some employees were so friendly to both of us and were easy to talk to. They recommended a flavor to us which I can't remember for the life of me but it was great. Customer service was awesome ! They came back to fix our coals and to make sure we liked the flavor.
