What stood out to me even more was the noticeable shift in her attitude when another person approached the register; she suddenly became friendly and upbeat. This inconsistency felt disingenuous and disappointing, especially in a customer-facing role. I value good customer service and wanted to bring this to your attention in the hopes that it will be addressed.
