Unfortunately, her demeanor during the interaction was less than professional. She appeared impatient in helping me, which made the experience uncomfortable. What stood out to me even more was the noticeable shift in her attitude when another person approached the register; she suddenly became friendly and upbeat. This inconsistency felt disingenuous and disappointing, especially in a customer-facing role. I value good customer service and wanted to bring this to your attention in the hopes that it will be addressed.
