Very patient and knowledgeable! The person I interacted with was on January 12 just before sunset. I am glad I came upon this location. Although it is tricky. It's inside the plaza with yellow signs of all the stores in there. It's also across a storage container place. My first time at this location for a DHL service. It was great. My package arrived ahead of schedule as well. I was nervous because I had important documents and I was tired after a long day at work and he never made me feel rushed. Had no problem repeating himself and gave me no pressure.

Do not go to this location. If you're shipping something go directly to DHL in Van Nuys. Mr. Muhammad was charging us $250 to send a package to Mexico. I went to DHL and was charged $139.61. read more

This place was very convenient. One stop shop for many things like Fed Ex and UPS drop offs, notary services and phone services. I had to drop off my Fed Ex drop off 2x here and both times everything went smoothly. Got my receipt for the drop off and everything got shipped and delivered without any issues. I will continue to use this place as my main drop off station in the future as well. Highly recommend! read more

I walked into Cell Plus this morning and was greeted by a very friendly guy, whose name I did not get :( Anyways, I don't think I've ever had any better customer service than I had at Cell plus. He made sure I got the best service for the amount of money I was willing to spend. I needed to ship a gift to Japan and he recommended DHL because of its fast and reliable service. I walked out of the store having spent $30 dollars less than what I was expecting to pay. Honestly, i will not go to any other store from here on out, and it's right down the street from my house! I had nothing but a pleasant and smooth experience with Mr. Mohammed when I went in to unlock my iPhone 6. He thoroughly explained to me the process, duration, cost and potential limitations after the unlock. There were no hidden costs nor did I have any issues after the unlock. In fact, I am leaving this review with the very iPhone that I got unlocked. I'll definitely go back for other services that he offers. Awesome service this place is in hiding very next to storage place and behind Munch Box. I came for the shipping a big box i was recommended by my friend and he was right about them.
