I choose the deluxe, $50 because I'm a sucker for a nice pedicure and it did not disappoint, I enjoyed every minute. They have a large range of gel pedicure colors to choose from, I choose #27, bright purple. * Quality of service: A+. I sat in my massage chair and enjoyed everything from foot scrubs, cold masks, warm masks, hot rock massage and foot massage. Amazing foot massage! I love all the excessive foot treatments and they did not disappoint. They even let me choose my own fragrances which was lovely. *hygiene: A+ they used a hygiene barrier for the foot soak, all tools came from a hygienic package, there was a plastic barrier between me and the nail technician, and she wore gloves and a mask. Was hoping to like this place as it is very close to my home but they were pushy and rude and their service was lacking compared to others that also give you massages and additional treatment as part of the price. They had me wait for over half an hour even though they told me it would only be a few minutes. Not a big deal but I had to pick up my son so I said I would be back later but they insisted I stay. The girl rushed through the job even though she blamed me for rushing (for instance she never told me how long I had to keep my hands under the light so I switched it out every time she was finished doing a coat on one hand and she said I was too impatient in Vietnamese to her peers not realizing I too am Vietnamese). Also, they spoke rudely and loudly in Vietnamese about everyone the whole time and the environment was not the cleanest. It was not a peaceful experience at all and their time and patient management can be vastly improved. read more

I've had different nail techs each time, including leg and arm wax, and the outcome is excellent every time. I have been a loyal customer for the majority of my life and have been dissatisfied for a while, but this past visit completely disgusted me due to the staff's attitude and lack of communication. My sister and I went together, and I had not been helped for 45 minutes. They did not communicate to me that they would be unable to help me. It's tucked away into the plaza making it easy for a person to overlook this small nail salon (it's tucked away near the dance studio and Chinese restaurant). Being a full time stay at home mom to an active toddler getting a manicure and pedicure are last on my to do list. I came here in the late afternoon today and the shop was mostly filled with employees and a few customers. Upon entering I was greeted by Nancy (whom I later learned was the owner of this shop). Nancy was friendly and was able to accommodate my request for a pedicure. The spa pedicure chair had cracks in the faux leather, which was disappointing. Nancy convinced me in getting a manicure so I opted for a manicure using Vinylux nail polish which is supposed to be kinder on the nails when compared to the gel nail polish (the selling point was Vinylux is chip resistant and can be easily removed with acetone at home). I picked the color pink for both my finger nails and toe nails. After soaking my feet in the pedicure tub Nancy pulled out a menu for my pedicure. I opted for the middle priced pedicure at $35 which included a sugar scrub and hot stone massage. My manicure looked okay, my pedicure looked infinitely better. The entire nail shop looks dated, some spa chairs are in disrepair and the icing on the cake- the lotions and sugar scrubs disorganized on the floor looking rather messy. WORST manicure and experience ever! My hands were barely getting soaked in a little bowl of cold water when the manicurist started working on them. She rushed through and spend less than a total of 60 seconds cutting my cuticles on both hands. I have never experienced a manicurist this careless. I kept thinking that she was going to go back and check her work but she never did. When I saw my nails and asked her to cut more, her reply was your cuticles are really dry and did NOTHING more. REALLY!?!? How unprofessional and rude!!! The paint job is incredibly sloppy too. My dog could have done a better job!!! Check out my pics. A picture is worth a thousand words. I went again for my monthly wax and the lady who did it began by telling me that my nails were "not nice" and that I should come to here instead. Then she continued waxing my eyebrows and I asked to see a strip, the strip had a line of my eyebrow hair. I got worried and told the lady that I just wanted a cleanup, she proceeded to take offense. The staff doesn't listen to what you want, she almost refused to do acrylic tips for me because she found them "unnecessary for my nails". I think I paid $30 for a spa pedicure. Nice collection of Opi colors. They break out the hot stones at the end but I don't think they know what to do with them. I kept waiting to bliss out from a nice calve rub, but it never happened. My nails and cuticles got plenty of attention but the polish job wasn't all that. She missed the edges of my nails entirely making my nails look like they were done by a child. I had to ask my person to touch them up before I left. They still look a bit 'off'. WORSE nail salon. 1. Constant chitter chatter by employees which takes away from the experience. 2. Owner has no respect for its customer's time. Making an appointment for a specified time? Don't bother. They will get to you when they finish eating in the back. 3. Tips in cash - they prefer tips in cash so they can scam the IRS by not paying taxes on tips. 4. The salon pedi spas are not ever cleaned that I have seen. They use plastic in the spa basin and then throw it out after the Pedi. The upscale nail salons use cleaning techniques that are approved by the health board. While this salon chooses to clog up our environment with their plastic because they are too lazy to clean. I am a picky sort when it comes to personal services. I don't need a plush place but I know great workmanship when I see it. I have been trusting Lane with my nails for a couple of years now and usually for my pedicure. She is just amazing; detailed, attentive, pleasant and very professional. On top of this I love to have nail art on my toes, and Lane always seem to know exactly what I have in mind. She is extremely precise and talented. I give Lane 5 stars! Also Van (I think) did my manicure last time and her work was amazingly detailed and massage was confident and intuitive. Only 4 stars here because I wish there was a bit of privacy between the booths so that the customers would stop talking (or yelling!) across the salon. Light draperies would do the trick. It is annoying especially when I try to read or relax or when their snobby chatter is just too nauseating (as during my last visit.) I respect wealth unless people flaunt it like a weapon and as if it was an proof of their personal worth. I actually would prefer to hear the manicurists' chatter in their native language as it is easier to tune out. Quiet would be awesome but probably not realistic in this setting. My daughter and I had an appointment at 11:30 but were not seated until noon. To say the atmosphere was chaotic is an understatement.. Very loud and not relaxing at all. When asked if I wanted to cut my nails shorter I replied no but she started cutting them anyways. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! They treat my mom, sister and me like queens :) The salon is almost always busy so even if you have an appointment you will probably have to wait but they make up for lost time by doing your pedicure and manicure simultaneously. They have a large selections of colors for both regular nail polish and UV light polish. They also have massage chairs which is a great way to relax. Also, I know they have an manicurist who can do super complex nail designs. I always see girls showing her pictures of designs and she is able to replicate it perfectly. Made a first time appointment for pedicures with them. I walked in she told me the credit card machine is not working and I have to pay cash. I asked how much without any polish and they said $30. I only had $20 in cash so started to walk away. They said you can Venmo I said ok. The person spent less than 10 minutes on my feet no scrubbing no cuticles cleaning a bit of rubbing my legs and said it was done. I said I was hoping they do better scrubbing and cleaning since I wasn't even getting a polish on my toes and she said this is our basic service and if you want more you have to pay more. So I feel like I didn't Eve get $10 worth of service and now have to pay $30. Then she gives me a name on Venmo to pay. I bring it up it is a man without any reference to this business at all. I say who is this I am not paying this man. The woman says this is my husband and the owner of this place. I refuse to Venmo the this man. Gave her the $20 I had then went out to find a ATM and since it wasn't my bank's ATM I got charged $3 there to get a $20 bill. Came back and gave them the other $10. I went to this place on a whim because I really needed to get my nails and eyebrows done, and after a hardcore reading on yelp, I decided this was a probably as good as it was going to get. I'm not going to lie, I wasn't expecting much. But what I got was really phenomenal. I had called in 15 minutes ahead of time to make an appointment, and they got me right in, and it was relatively busy. Cindy, the manicurist, really took her time to do my nails, and she even gave me gel polish instead of the regular OPI polish I had picked out in the first place. In hot pink, mind you (that's important.) She worked really hard to keep up a nice conversation, and asked all the right questions about what I wanted (what shape I wanted my nails to be, do I want them cut, etc). She massaged my hands with oil AND lotion was over all did a fantastic job. I work at a movie theatre so, it's kind of important that my nails look good, and that they don't chip and after cleaning the popcorn machine 4 times since then, they still look freshly done. The eyebrow lady (I didn't catch her name, unfortunately), was just as nice and professional. She asked me the shape that I wanted and how I wanted the plucked and such, and was very thorough about making sure she understood what I wanted before ever putting the wax on my face. As for the actual waxing itself, it was quick and painless. I was probably only on the chair for 10 minutes, and most of that was making sure I got what I wanted. And she gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. Overall, getting my eyebrows and manicure done, it ended up being 32 bucks, and I gave both ladies a 5 buck tip each (since that was all I had in cash on me.) They were rude to my boyfriend when he was getting pedi and mani with me. She literally left my boyfriend after doing his pedi when one of her regular customers walked in with out doing his mani. I was shocked and didn't know what to say. I told her you didn't finish my boyfriend mani. She said when the other worker finishes her customer will get to my boyfriend. Very rude. They lack simple courtesy. Sure we are not going back because this rudeness even though I moved very close to their location and was planning on going regularly. I don't think they care about having new customers, but at least they should have basic courtesy skills. I got a gift certificate to go here so I decided to try a pedicure here. I have been going to another place for years but HEY it's a free pedicure so why not right? I get there at 11am (they are supposed to open at 11am) and no one is there so I spend about 10-15 minutes waiting outside for someone to open the door. Finally get inside, ask them for a pedicure and then usher me to the first chair. I have to say, I loved the massage chair it was really great. My toes look really beautiful now however, the pedicure itself was absolutely nothing special. She goes to get the hot stones and warm lotion, I get excited expecting a really great massage and, bam! Major let down. She rubbed the stones very softly up and down my legs for MAYBE 10 seconds each then she rubs my legs for maybe another 1 minute each. My normal nail place gives me really deep foot and calf massages for at least 10 minutes each leg (and when there are no people there they massage my neck and shoulders just because..but we are not talking about them today). When I asked for a design on my big toes, the girl who did my pedicure seemed a little put off that I asked...I am thinkin'..."Oh okay you don't want extra money? That's cool..." Ultimately, I am not coming back here..nothing special, not a great massage...my toes look pretty but the experience itself was not as relaxing and nice as it should be. read more

First time in here and the place seemed a little dingy, and unkempt with no a/c, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. I got seated pretty quickly for my pedicure and the water was too hot, but that was easily remedied. The young woman began her work and things were going alright until she scraped the side of my foot with the callous remover and made it bleed. She seemed to be unprepared for this kind of incident, and another woman came to her rescue. They put some sort of powder on the scrape and kept apologizing. An issue I had was that while the second woman was helping the first woman, they was speaking in what I assumed was Vietnamese. It would have been much better customer service if they were to speak English so I could understand what was going on. I told them I did not want to continue and left without paying. I happened to walk by the nail salon and decided to get a manicure. My nails were medium length and the technician asked if I would like to trim my nails a little bit. She cut them so short, I asked her to do acrylic nails because she cut my nails super short. I normally don't have my nails very long at all due to my time spent on a computer, so when I say short, they were almost painfully short. My new acrylic nails have bubbles and don't have consistency in the shape because my technician spent the entire time on the phone while she was doing my nails. TERRIBLE!!!! Do NOT waste your time going in here. There were three people working when we got there and there were three of us who were going in for a pedicure and a manicure. So they charged us two guys $10.00 MORE per service... because we are guys. Not only that but they didnt even clean out under my finger nails on my left hand! The person working on me, Hanna, who I also believe is the owner, was more concerned about turning people away than she was about doing a good job. So of course she passed me off when one of her regulars came in. This wouldnt have been so bad if she had passed me off to someone who knew what they wer doing. But this wasnt the case. I felt as thought they rushed and didnt want to take thier time to ensure that a good job was done. What a waste of time and of money. $75.00 down the drain and one seriously pissed off former customer. If you see the place just keep going and do not even stop in. Every time I come here, even with an appointment, I end up waiting about an hour until I actually get my nails done. They take walk-ins before me, which really makes me angry. One year for homecoming, I ended up waiting an hour and 45 minutes... On one occasion I got acrylics and they came out really uneven, thick, and bubbly. I prefer mine really thin, so I had to go home and fix them. About 5 days ago I got builder gel with shellac on top. At first the manicurist told me it would be $35, but halfway through apologized telling me that it would actually be $50... If I had known that I definitely would not have gotten it done. Anyways, as soon as I got home I noticed my thumb nail had a huge chip in it. My other thumb nail was crooked, and now 5 days later my pinky nail is half gone. I'm not rough on my nails and they usually last 3-4 weeks. I will admit that they give a great pedicure, but thats about it. I know other people who have had good experiences here, but I've been here 4-5 times and it's been mediocre. read more

I walked in without an appointment. I was helped immediately. I had a mani/pedi. The pedicure was good. The massage could have been a little stronger, as it was pretty much just a tickle on my feet. What really upset me was the manicure. The woman cut my finger, badly. I asked her to file my nails, not cut them. She didn't follow my request and was using cuticle clippers to cut my nails. That's when she cut my finger. After it happened she basically ignored what had happened, even though there was clearly blood flowing from my finger. I had to ask her to put alcohol on it.
