But as the move continued throughout the day something happened. Several boxes were left, my microwave was left, a curio cabinet that I have had for 40 years is missing a top piece. I had 4 2x4's on my vanity that were taped together that attach my mirrors to my dresser they are missing. I don't understand because the move started out good. This time I used the company for their "full packing services" which was anything but professional and I would never recommend to anyone. Two individuals showed up with their giant moving truck at 3 pm the day before our scheduled move and (as expected) couldn't find parking in the middle of Center City (we were not told ahead of time that they would be bringing a truck). They leave to drop the truck somewhere and return at 6 pm to START packing. Their "professional packing" consisted of haphazardly stuffing things into boxes, including placing liquid filled bottles upside down that ended up leaking through the boxes. The entire time they are packing, the main mover is complaining to us about how little he is paid per hour compared to how much we are paying for the services. It was beyond unprofessional and so uncomfortable, I am just baffled thinking back about it. Unfortunately the same guy showed up the following day for our long distance move across states. The complaining continued through the loading and unloading process, it was extremely uncomfortable and just felt so scummy. We still tipped well and I have a feeling he didn't allocate any of the tip to the other movers as we instructed. For the thousands of dollars we spent on this move, I would rate it zero stars. The communication prior to the move from Joe was proactive and clear so I knew exactly what to expect. Jose and his team arrived on time and I loved the text message telling me when they were en route. They packed up my apartment so quickly and they were also careful, making sure to pack everything well. Even with stairs, they unpacked at my new location very fast and even made sure we were happy with where everything was placed. Jose was easy to talk to and very professional about making sure we had a good experience. The team also worked quickly and finished the job in under the 6 hours quoted. So appreciative of Jose and his team and the whole experience with Vector. Hopefully our next move is many years away but we would definitely go with Vector again!

Edit: There was in-fact a link in the email with my reference number, but it was so hidden that I had to look at the email 5 times. I would also look into the website design so that it does not confuse future customers by asking for nonexistant log-ins.
