So many corners are being cut. They no longer tape your back windshield wiper which broke our brand new one (they expressed care by stating "nobody else has complained about this.") Our car was still dirty after the most expensive wash! They no longer offer tire shine nor do they clean the wheels. What kind of car wash is that? When I expressed concerns to the boys working, they were obviously unequipped to handle the situation- which is the fault of management, not the workers. This is my first 1 star review. So disappointed. Do not waste your money like we did.

There are 4 broad options for a wash - basic, good, better, best - with increasing price points ($7 - $20) that comes with additional chemicals (wax, coats, etc) that may have useful functions for your car. All washes mean the tunnel wash and there's a self-vacuum area that is available after every wash for free of charge (or I guess, included in your wash cost?). I believe there are some add-ons options too, but we didn't opt for any - we stick with the "good wash." Also, one can sign up for a monthly flat rate subscription - which might be worth it if you wash you car(s) more than 2 times a month! I also like that the staff hand-spray water to wet your car before the tunnel wash - it feels like they are helping prep your car knowing that the machines may not efficiently do this.
