Prior to COVID everyone included inside vehicle cleaning. Then COVID hit and no one changed prices, but excluded interior cleaning. Now they all offer exterior cleaning, but not interior cleaning at a premium price. This place is one of the more reasonable ones. The people were very friendly and quick. Probably one of the more friendly greetings I've received in decades from a car wash. I'll be back! (Terminator)

The card was supposed to be logged online for the discount but Kendall came out and helped me to get it all taken care of! Great customer service and such a wonderful smile she has! Well the wash was awesome and the prep employees did a great job spraying and actually scrubbing the windows. Usually it's half hearted at other locations. He also handed me an air freshener and offered up another bottle of water! Who told everyone I don't drink enough water! My body thanks all the water today. Drove over to the clean well stocked vacuums and did the whole once over then got down to detailing everything. Of course here I am jamming wot my radio but not actually running the car... lo and behold it wouldn't start after. There are 4 broad options for a wash - basic, good, better, best - with increasing price points ($7 - $20) that comes with additional chemicals (wax, coats, etc) that may have useful functions for your car. All washes mean the tunnel wash and there's a self-vacuum area that is available after every wash for free of charge (or I guess, included in your wash cost?). I believe there are some add-ons options too, but we didn't opt for any - we stick with the "good wash." Also, one can sign up for a monthly flat rate subscription - which might be worth it if you wash you car(s) more than 2 times a month! I also like that the staff hand-spray water to wet your car before the tunnel wash - it feels like they are helping prep your car knowing that the machines may not efficiently do this.
