Ask me where I served?, Where went to boot camp?, what was my MOS? No, I don't have a card, what a ****** insult... Then they left my car at the entrance of the car wash. Told me it was done... I paid for Deluxe service, and they tried to hand it off as Basic. I called him out on it, and he apologized and put some tire shine on it... They did a terrible job.... The owner had just left, otherwise I would have asked him for my money back. Zero stars... Figure it out Harry...

My car is a 2024 and that supposed defect wasn't there before letting them clean my car and it miraculously appeared the day I took it there for them to clean. Manager did not offer to make the poor car cleaning I paid for right and told me on my now scratched windshield to run it thru my insurance (which is a $1000.00 deductible so that would be a no). Not just disappointed in the service but now I have to try and fix my windshield all because I wanted to treat me and my car to what I hoped would be a pleasant experience.

They need to have a way of canceling on its own if not used in the very least 2 months. I believe there are some add-ons options too, but we didn't opt for any - we stick with the "good wash." Also, one can sign up for a monthly flat rate subscription - which might be worth it if you wash you car(s) more than 2 times a month! I also like that the staff hand-spray water to wet your car before the tunnel wash - it feels like they are helping prep your car knowing that the machines may not efficiently do this.
