Bizarre. First time…read moreI came here a man ran to the kiosk asking me to buy the premium wash and buy one get one. Decent wash. $30 for two. Today I arrived and it was a ghost town. I waited 10 minutes for an attendant. He was in the office with his back turned to me playing with a thermos cooler. He finally noticed me and seemed very disturbed that he had me there. He was agitated giving me "move forward" gestures to guide me into the wash. And rolled his eyes. I would have preferred no interaction with this person. The wash left soap all over my car and left half of it dirty. Bizarre.

No tire shine was applied even though it was included in my package. The manager informed me that it happens SOMETIMES because the tire shine application device has to be aligned "just right" with the tires. Well, I have used this wash several times since then and still NO TIRE SHINE being applied. I have sent a couple of emails to Home Run on their website addressing this issue and have gotten NO RESPONSE which is VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am quite dissatisfied with this car wash facility at Macland Road and will be cancelling my membership. I do not recommend them. : (

Sir I'm here cause YOUR the professional I just would like to pay to have it done. Turned out he just didn't want to do it today. It was 2pm by the way. Took my other car over for an oil change...oops nope can't do that. They didn't have supplies. No AC in the building where people wait, no available water unless you want to pay for it. Cause the water machine is broken. So this is a place for a quick wash. Not detailed cleaning.

Located on East West Connector in Austell sits a pretty solid drive through car wash with decent…read moreprices and a fairly priced membership program. While the location is a little out of my way, I ended up at Wash Time due to my go-to being closed for construction. Unlike other spots, they have you vacuum first, if you want. When you pull in you have two options, head to the left and go straight for the wash or head to the right and vacuum your vehicle before hitting the wash. I opted to head right and spent a few minutes using the free vacuums. The vacuum area is gated and can only be exited after paying for and getting your wash, so if you are trying to be slick to get a free vacuum, then this ain't the place for you! Once you get your vacuum on and get your car wash, you can swing by the "wipe down" station that is situated right at the exit. It only features 4 spaces, but that is always enough. This little station is outfitted with a few stands that feature good quality, cloth-like paper towels that allow you to wipe down whatever part of your vehicle you would like. Pricing is fair. The one time washes start at $8.00 and go up to $29.99. I opted for the $20.00, Wax It wash. They also have a membership program that allows you unlimited washes of one of the top two tier washes, Wax It or Look Your Best. The prices are $24.99/$29.99 per month. Again, unlimited washes at which ever level you sign up for. Seems like a good deal if you venture here a few times a month, as just going 2 times in one month will make the membership worth it. Speaking of the membership, they have associates manning the pay stations that are there to help in case of issues with payment, but more for recruitment. I didn't mind the gentlemen and his sales tactics, but I do wish he would have had a mask on, given his proximity to my window as he chatted through the benefits of a membership. I opted not to sign up today as it was my first visit, so I wasn't sure the quality. Now that I have been through a wash, and was happy with the outcome, I could see the pros of signing up for a membership! Overall, solid spot with a good product at a decent price. While I am not in this particular area of Austell often, when I am I will surely swing through to get my car some love!
