Well the wash was awesome and the prep employees did a great job spraying and actually scrubbing the windows. Usually it's half hearted at other locations. He also handed me an air freshener and offered up another bottle of water! Who told everyone I don't drink enough water! My body thanks all the water today. Drove over to the clean well stocked vacuums and did the whole once over then got down to detailing everything. Of course here I am jamming wot my radio but not actually running the car... lo and behold it wouldn't start after. I only take my car to the car wash a few times a year maybe a couple months in a year but that is it. I do clean the inside a lot at home.

Their incredibly knowledgeable and experienced paint specialist, SJ, examined my car with two separate paint thickness gauges to measure base coat and clear coat thicknesses, and determined that it was a candidate for paint correction and OptiCoat ceramic coating. He even knew the paint color codes off the top of his head. Impressive! SJ did a great job managing my expectations, letting me know what could, and what couldn't be corrected. I was surprised to receive a text message from SJ, with before and after photos of the paint correction on my driver's side door. The difference was night and day. He continued to send progress photos periodically. Delighted by excellent communication throughout the process. When I went to pick up my 2016 Lexus LS460 L, I was thrilled by how sharp it looked after the paint correction and OptiCoat ceramic coating.
