Jess was very helpful with booking my appointment and giving me landmarks and directions. Allie cut my hair and listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions when asked. The prices are great! I chose a wash/cut/blow dry and it was only $25. The salon is undergoing renovations, so I am excited to see what the finished product will be. This is going to be my new regular salon. I felt welcome and comfortable there, while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend Salon Pi'zazz if you are looking for a new regular salon.

She also insisted to cut it with a middle part even though I told her I never part my hair in the middle. When I tried to style it myself there were only two layers in my hair and it was a four inch difference. It looked awful. I called and told them I was unhappy and I went for an appointment with someone new. It came out even worse. I have attached a picture of when it's straight to show how awful it is. From my perspective, her depiction is not accurate regarding tone or timing. However, I was not fully paying attention so I could have missed something, maybe the tech was having an off day. I'll stop short of saying that review is inaccurate but at least want to balance it out with what my experience has been! I've been coming to pink for several years. Several other family members come as well. I sometimes travel from Philly to have my nails done here. I've never had a bad service. Their regular pedicures are solid and efficient. I do think they are generous about giving more time when they can (if they're slow) but I'm usually there when people are waiting and even then the basic pedicure is good. They even took time to be thoughtful and patient when my 5-year-old nephew came for spiderman colors on his toes and the whole salon was filled. If you want a more indulgent experience, their spa pedicures are really thorough, include a great extended massage, and lots of nice extras. I love the owner and have only ever been warmly received by every member of staff. They're really thoughtful about details like providing heated pillows for your lap and doing a little massage while your nails are drying. It is a small and busy shop and sometimes there are disruptions when other guests come in, the phone rings, or one of the other techs need something. That said, there's a reason they're busy and those reasons benefit everyone who goes there. I -for one- am always benefited by their willingness to answer the phone and fit me in so it doesn't bother me when they do the same for someone else. It's a small business and it operates like one but I feel lucky I was introduced to this place and they've never let me down!

She is awesome and I cannot say enough good things about her!!! She was SOOOOOO careful and reassuring with my brow wax. She had me hold the mirror and went step by step with me to make sure I was happy with my brows. Brielle is definitely the kind of waxer you want to see after a nightmare experience due to her attention to detail and her willingness to ask you how YOU like your brows!!! The private massage rooms were behind closed doors and very clean and comfortable, I disrobed myself fully and laid on the table and the lady came a little bit later and asked if I wanted a soft or medium massage. I told her medium due to having a sore back and it really needed work, but I laid there and was thinking she mostly touched the glutes more then anything but I liked the massage and enjoyed the time.
