She seemed annoyed that I was even in the store. I was told that they weren't taking appointments that were booked online. She said I should have never been allowed to book online and that my confirmation email was not sufficient for my appointment. She refused my service and said I'd have to call later to book because she was busy and didn't have time to book me in person. I just smiled and said okay. I acted like her rudeness and lack of customer service was acceptable, but it most certainly was not. There are far too many day spas in the area for me to rebook with the rudest service I've ever had and any spa.

From the receptionist to the stylists, everyone working in this salon was super friendly and professional. There were complimentary snacks and beverages, the bathrooms were large and clean, as was the waxing room. Service -- As you'll see in my photo, my hair needed a serious upgrade. I went to see Joanna who is truly a master stylist. I don't trust anyone else to color my hair. Badly damaged with roots 4" long, I walked in struggling. I left absolutely glowing! She used her skills to turn my sad, neglected mane into fabulous and healthy hair. An Asian girl with blonde hair is no easy feat but she always pulls it off. If you're craving a color change, please go see her; from subtle to drastic and everywhere in between, she is an adept stylist with a master's knowledge of color, chemistry and end-result. Price -- It was $190 for the color, cut, wash and eyebrow wax and worth every penny. I'm honestly not the greatest judge though...You get what you pay for and I don't take any chances with my hair! Today, I came for a facial. The esthetician was Katie B. She was fabulous... Friendly and professional. She gave her honest opinion and her expert advice. She said gentle, yet, gave perfect pressure to massage my face, shoulders, neck and chest. The room I was in was very relaxing and calming. I loved the oils used for the aromatherapy. The music playing was the perfect volume and there really wasn't any other outside noise coming in. The bed was comfortable and the temperature of the room was comfortable. Never got my spa manicure and the guy said it was a miscommunication which maybe wouldn't have happened if he wasn't watching his phone while doing my nails. No dryers either for my manicure. The receptionist couldn't get my gift card to work (I double checked after, it was valid) & didn't seem to care, either. Very rude. I'd only added the pedi on because I had the gift card. In the end, walked out without the one thing I went for, a spa manicure. This place isn't cheap, either, so I can't even say, you get what you pay for here because I definitely did not.
