Through the entire process, Kiro was responsive via text and followed up with a revised quote and ETA for installation. Louie and another guy (can't remember his name unfortunately) arrived on the day of installation and were very professional. Louie walked me through where the downspouts were going to be installed per the predrawn diagram on the quote. He even let me watch the first piece of the gutter being extruded from the truck (damaged part was cut off first.) We were so happy to see water pouring out of the downspouts during the first rain after the gutters were installed. No more sheets of water running off the roof! + Communicative, friendly and professional + Reasonable price + On time and completed work in a timely manner + Gutters and leaf guards work well Note: The guys didn't wear masks but I guess I didn't really expect them to since they were working outside and on the roof. When they were talking to me and approaching me, they did leave a respectable distance. They also accidentally drilled though our internet line but we didn't really fault them for it as they tried really hard to move it out of the way/work around it - other companies required us to remove it prior to install. Ended up having to call our internet service provider to come out and fix it, but not a huge deal. Other than that, we still highly recommend these guys. Deposit necessary to be put on the schedule. We paid the deposit and final payment via checks mailed USPS.

Even though I always remind contractors to tidy up afterward, we still found screws, nails, empty water bottles, and other materials left behind -- unfortunately, this seems to be common with many companies. We also had an issue with the placement of one downspout. It was installed right next to our hose spigot, leaving no room to turn it on or off. We had to have the company return to adjust it. Overall, the work got done, but there were a couple of details that could have been handled better.

S FL Gutters Depot did a subpar job on a repair. They replaced about 18' on the roof, then reused…read moremy existing downspout and horizontal piece on the ground. That was fine (no need to replace). BUT they (1) shoved the old piece too far up, so now it doesn't reach the driveway (leaving the water to run into the landscaping and erode the dirt under the driveway), and (2) attached it upside down, putting a sharp edge on top that someone can cut their leg on. When I called to ask if they could bring me a new piece (which I can reattach correctly), I was told "too bad, we did you a favor attaching the old, we're not correcting it".

A rep came to our home with different colors and styles. We went along with what the roofer recommended 6" seamless k style while aluminum gutters. The elbows, splash guards, down spouts & .032 mm gauge are included. The 20 year warranty on materials and 5 yrs. on labor made Family Gutters attractive. Our home was freshly painted, the pavers have been power washed & our home looks pristine. We were concerned about this job becoming a mess. Family Gutters arrived at 9 o'clock and set up in front of our house. They cut the gutters to hang right in front of our house. Two men worked quickly, neatly & meticulously.
