We recently worked with Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning. We were very impressed with their rapid…read moreresponse, good communication and quick execution time. Our pool deck was really grimy. While our pool infrastructure is great, I don't think the last owner pressure washed in a very long time. So the entire area needed some serious freshening up. We spent quite a while looking for a company that was available so close to the 4th of July holiday. Most companies were either booked solid or not even answering. We then found Coral Springs. We talked to Beverly who was very helpful, kind and informative and went out of her way to get us a time slot in their jam packed schedule. She followed up with us over the course of 2 days until something opened up! We really appreciated it. Pretty impressive customer service! As for the technician, he did excellent work. He moved quickly and was very effective. Our deck looks squeaky clean! The price was very competitive too. We were so impressed with them were thinking about pressure washing the entire house. Five stars for Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning!

Well, it cannot be pressure cleaned but it can be no-pressure washed with a chlorine like chemical. My roof is clean now but there were a lot more shingle pebbles that came down through my gutters than what I expected. There are also more that come down with each rain storm. I don't seem to have any problems with the quality of of the work done and I would definitely call this company again. They gave a good estimate and were able to be paid easily. The whole cleaning took only a few hours and it also did not bother any of my landscape. They are licensed and insured which is important when someone climbs on the roof and is working with water and electricity.

My husband worked with Kiro for a quote…read moreon custom square gutters but ultimately decided on the the typical K type gutters due to price. Through the entire process, Kiro was responsive via text and followed up with a revised quote and ETA for installation. Louie and another guy (can't remember his name unfortunately) arrived on the day of installation and were very professional. Louie walked me through where the downspouts were going to be installed per the predrawn diagram on the quote. He even let me watch the first piece of the gutter being extruded from the truck (damaged part was cut off first.) We were so happy to see water pouring out of the downspouts during the first rain after the gutters were installed. No more sheets of water running off the roof! + Communicative, friendly and professional + Reasonable price + On time and completed work in a timely manner + Gutters and leaf guards work well Note: The guys didn't wear masks but I guess I didn't really expect them to since they were working outside and on the roof. When they were talking to me and approaching me, they did leave a respectable distance. They also accidentally drilled though our internet line but we didn't really fault them for it as they tried really hard to move it out of the way/work around it - other companies required us to remove it prior to install. Ended up having to call our internet service provider to come out and fix it, but not a huge deal. Other than that, we still highly recommend these guys. Deposit necessary to be put on the schedule. We paid the deposit and final payment via checks mailed USPS.

The price quoted included the roof, sidewalk and walkway up to our house. They even cleaned our front door! We set up a day for them to come out which happened to coincide with a neighbor down the street who was also getting pressure cleaning done by them. All we had to do to prepare was to clear off our patio and porch. They took care of covering any plants near the roof line. We were concerned about a gardenia tree that we tried to cover ourselves but didn't have enough covering so we asked that they make sure that tree was protected. They did a great job with the landscaping... there were no casualties. The roof, sidewalk, walkway and our front door were very clean! Our front door looked like it had a fresh coat of paint! The nice thing is that you don't have to prepay them. We waited until we got home from work to make sure that we were happy with the work that was done. They accept Cash, Check, Zelle, Cash App & Venmo. They also accept Credit Cards but they charge a transaction fee. We will definitely be using them again!
