She is very sweet and personable. But more importantly, she gave me a cut that I love. Since then a nail falls off almost every week or they get chipped and aren't shaped right (i honestly didn't notice at first with the shape) I came back for a fill (new nail) and a pedicure and what a mistake ! My nail beds on my toes started bleeding and she filled my toe down so much it was in pain literally just take the toe nail atp. The nails aren't painted well and I just had another nail chip . The inside is absolutely beautiful and the girls are so nice customer service is tip tier and that's why I'm giving 2 stars , you get a free beverage and there is never a wait but I don't think I can come here anymore it's just too many visits in the last few weeks I haven't gone a week without a nail coming off and I haven't an office job .
