Before I even get into the review - know this, the staff is awesome!…read more Now for the nitty-gritty: Since most of the reviews for physical therapy on Yelp seem to involve back pain, I decided to try this clinic based on convenience - it's only 5 minutes away from my office. I was diagnosed with a bi-lateral knee condition 3 years ago (read: I have the knees of a cranky 80-yr-old man) and saw several different physical therapists in Vt while in college and in the year before I moved to Boston. Most of my experiences with physical therapy involved private practices with brand-new equipment and either individual rooms or privacy curtains. It took a little adjusting to this clinic, as they are short on space, and the equipment is functional, but has definitely been around the block a time, or two, or three. The tables are pretty much right on top of each other, and I almost clocked someone in the head trying to do my leg extensions two weeks ago. However, the staff handles the space with professionalism, humor, and a heavy dose of improvisation - example, hip flexor exercises with the band were executed in the back hallway. I can honestly say that I was highly skeptical at first, but my knees are the best they've been in three years, and I've even been able to start playing sports again! The staff is on the younger side, but having seen PTs of all ages, I can tell that they know their stuff. My PT is Lucas, and I highly recommend asking for him if you decide to go. Every question I've had was answered, and better yet, he adjusted the exercises & workouts to match my preferences and lifestyle. Since I will need physical therapy for the rest of my life, it's nice to finally find a clinic willing to design a routine I enjoy, rather than the normal, boring, static exercises that require you to re-arrange your entire schedule. As a result, I do them more regularly, am noticing the improvements, and will continue going here as long as I am in the Boston area.

This has been a wonderful experience with a team that works so well together AND, most importantly, they remember the patient! By that I mean they explain what they're going to do; the muscle groups involved and what I should feel. Will, Gina and Steph, I am so appreciative for the top-notch work you guys did for my knee. Will is extremely talented, professional and pleasant. Gina is wonderful and thorough. Steph was awesome and provided a variety of exercises that got my knee back into excellent shape! I will always remember them. Thank you Will, Gina and Steph!

I'm going to admit, I was nervous about going here because of the poor reviews. But I tell you…read morehonestly, I have absolutely nothing in common with those negative experiences. Only good! I had to take my child here for a very complicated toe infection that was not responding via urgent care, nor her pediatrician, nor a double round of antibiotics. Dr. Morano was first of all, extremely competent. But the icing on all of the cake was his amazing sense of humor and dad jokes, how genuine he was, sensitive & gentle. Diane was our receptionist both times. She is incredibly sweet and probably the nicest receptionist I have ever dealt with in my life. I'm 45. And honestly, I have pretty high standards, finding myself frequently mentioning that so-and-so should never deal with the public or choose customer service as a profession We received excellent care in an extremely warm and inviting atmosphere. Booking the appointment on the phone was easy and the receptionist was empathetic, kind, and extremely accommodating for a semi emergency. Basically, I would look **forward** to a holiday dinner if I had Dr. Murano and Diane there. If you are not familiar with the area... You cannot really head left out of the parking lot to leave but we found a different way around. Not an issue for this second appointment at 6:20 AM... Thank you so much for having a before school appointment! But it was for an appointment during rush hour, the previous Time. I really hate that intersection. I never thought I would say it, but I'm actually going to miss our Pediatric Podiatrist! Five stars in every single way. I highly encourage you to go there if do you need adult or pediatric care for your foot. I hope that other people who have such a wonderful experience also choose to post reviews!! Thank you, both.

He and the two PAs that I saw were fantastic. I was able to get X-Rays in the same building and they helped me schedule an MRI. I was seen again right after my MRI and was told I didn't need surgery (thank goodness), and was given a clear instructions on how to take care of my injury and ensue a quick and full recovery. Dr. Salzler was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and empathic. The same can be said for both of his PAs that I worked with and his front office staff. He and the PA team answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Tufts Medical Center Orthopedics and especially Dr. Salzler.

Upon arrival, they performed an EKG, X-rays, and blood work--but then left her sitting in the waiting room for over 8 hours without treatment or monitoring. Given her condition, this was alarming and felt unsafe. When we were finally brought to a room, we were seen by a nurse practitioner who, while polite, informed us we would not be seeing a physician as he had 12 years experience. After additional blood work, he returned and said she would be discharged if she could walk. A staff member walked her for approximately 10 seconds and cleared her. I specifically asked why she was being discharged with blood pressure still over 200, and was told she was "fine" and that her primary care doctor would need to manage it. This response was both dismissive and deeply concerning given the potential severity of hypertensive crisis. The lack of urgency, minimal evaluation before discharge, and dismissal of a dangerously high blood pressure reading left us feeling frustrated and worried for her safety. I would not expect this level of care--or lack thereof--from a hospital in a serious situation.

I highly recommend Chiropractor, Dr Colleen Morley and Spine & Sports Injury Center!…read more If I could give 8 out of 5 stars, I would. My daughter has had neck pain in the last few days but it escalated around 4am this morning. She couldn't move her neck too much. So we began a search for local chiropractors who could possibly see her on an emergency basis this morning before her 10am class. We left a couple of messages on their voicemail before we took a Lyft to their office. Yelp showed their office opened at 7am. Jose, the security guard in the building was friendly as we waited patiently for a call back. The remote receptionist returned our call around 7:30am and said the earliest appt would be 8:40am. We took it and waited patiently... IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! Colleen gave my daughter: Exam Adjustment Massage Laser red light Dry needle acupuncture ... exercises to do at home. She said that she would like to see her again in a couple of days. My daughter's neck flexibility and SMILE at the end of this appointment said it all. We left their office by 9:35am and my daughter made it to her 10am class on time! Colleen was friendly, professional, attentive, thorough, intelligent and experienced. I am so glad my daughter has a new and amazing chiropractor in Boston.
