The first thing you'll notice when you walk in are the power racks, barbells, plates, and rack full of dumbbells. I've been to a ton of PT places over the years and have never seen anything like it! It's a lifter's dream. Dr. Amato was incredibly thorough in his evaluation. He's a powerlifter himself and was able to modify my movements with precision to get me back under a barbell as soon as possible. During my sessions I never felt rushed, or like I wasn't getting enough specific attention to detail. His virtual programming, load management, and immediate feedback not only gradually dissipated my pain, but allowed me to add 30 pounds to my deadlift max- COMPLETELY PAIN FREE!
