After letting him know that I received my insurance claim settlement documents he and his lovely wife came by with a brochure which showed varying grades of roofing material, specs, as well as shingle color options to choose from. His wife helped me choose the most perfect color option. He patiently explained the confusing insurance claim settlement information to me in verbiage that I could easily understand, giving me a detailed explanation of what the insurance company was paying for, what my deductible was, and what I would owe Leonidas after the roofing was complete. He patiently listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They clearly explained the whole process from start to finish, including any possible extra costs ahead of time so there were no surprises. The roof install was scheduled for a few days later.
