They got all the damaged siding and gutters replaced in a timely manner. Our project manager, Jake Looney, was the biggest reason the project went so smoothly. His ability to communicate throughout the process was excellent and he made you feel more like a friend or family than a client they were just servicing. The quality of work was exceptional and the bid came in right at what my insurance provided us for the repairs so we did not have to go back and forth with the insurance company. I live in an apartment condo community with six three story buildings with 18 tenants in each…read more T Bach was contracted to put new roofs on all six buildings: a major project. We are half way through the project and I wanted to write at least the initial part of my review now. Tyson, the owner, is a "class act " with management and communication skills that are necessary for a project of this magnitude. With six buildings home for 18 tenants each, there are potentially 108 "owners" , as well as our management, to interact with. I personally had an issue when they started on my building and got no support from our condo management team. I decided to "handle it" myself, which I initially dreaded. That turned out to be the easiest and most effective way to remedy the situation. Tyson and his supervisory staff were often visible, available, and approachable on site. How absolutely refreshing! They have treated us like royalty when we have had any questions during the project. No intimidation: Just outstanding customer service. The men doing the actual labor appeared to be very hard, diligent workers. They were non-intrusive and very welcome on our property. We have been extremely comfortable with their presence. Now, half way through the project, T Bach provided each building with an UPDATE of what the second half would involve AND included the dates that they would be off for the Thanksgiving holiday. AND, this is probably the main reason I felt motivated to write this even though the project is not yet complete. T BACH showed up in each building lobby one evening and SURPRISED us with treats to thank us for our patience! I am a senior citizen and NEVER have I experienced such a thoughtful gesture from a contractor. We are ALL worn out from Covid restrictions, and this unexpected unselfish thank you to us was so very much appreciated. When I personally thanked T Bach for handling my prior issue so well, he replied "All I did was TAlK to you" and of course he remedied the issue. Yes, he talked to me with no defensiveness and with total respect and made the entire discussion actually pleasant.

Where to begin. #1…read more Our friends use to own this company and sold it to the new owner Jake. This company is no longer owned by anyone in the Gallagher family. #2. Willie at Gallagher is a straight up con man and lied about everything from siding to gutter guards. #3. Gallagher uses all unvetted illegal labor on your home. The horrendous job completed by them resulted in over 40 different issues excluding the fact that they did not waterproof my house by replacing the Tyvek and blatantly lied to my face about it. I had them pull back the siding and could see the results, they apologized and replaced the entire job after much deliberation. #4. They (Willie) went out of their way to show me these beautiful aluminum gutter guards and had me hold them showing me what was going on my house. They tore off all of my perfectly fine gutter guards and replaced them with cheap crap that blows off constantly all over my house. #5. When contacting Gallagher attempting to speak to the owner, he blocked me. When I requested that they either follow through with what was promised or replace what I had before they ever touched them, they EXTORTED me for an additional $1,700. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT HIRE THIS SHADY COMPANY.
