Half of my things were in the truck before I knew it and that's because I moved from the second floor of an apartment building to a house. They followed up with questions throughout the process to make sure if I was ok with which rooms to put items in new home and also which items to pack first. I needed some furniture and other items hauled before a move. I made an appt for a specific day and asked for after 1pm. THEY gave me the 4pm-6pm window, then when they realized it was RUSH HOUR, called and asked to reschedule for the morning of the next day. I declined because our movers were coming that day and wanted everything out before then. I said it was OK to come later but not the next day. Then I get another call from the owner's wife this time, asking again for the next day because now it was raining (for like 10 min and was sunny again) and that the traffic was bad. So we agreed to the next morning at 7am. Again, not realizing this would be RUSH HOUR, they arrived an hour and a half late and our movers were coming a half hour later. Once they got there, they got the stuff quickly and the hauling part was fine but I don't like my time wasted or the added stress of changing appts. If I accomodate your schedule change, than the least you can do is be ON TIME! NEVER AGAIN!
