His schedule is really a direct reflection of how good of a doctor he is. As with any good doctor, it typically takes a month or two in order to get an appointment. Dr. Singh has everything a great psychiatrist should have: compassion, understanding, and empathy. He listens to you and genuinely cares about each and every one of his patients. I know because I am one of them and I see the looks on others patients' faces when they come out of his office. I now drive 45 minutes from St. Pete just to see him and wouldn't have it any other way. That being said, be patient and wait for an appointment. You'll be glad you did.

Dr…read more Kaplan is a excellent communicator and very knowledgeable and experienced in many different mental health conditions and illnesses. He also is very considerate with your time and frankly wants everything covered in the most efficient amount of time during your consult so he can go and help/listen to/ and treat his next patient. I have been his patient for over a decade and have never had a complaint or any negative experience with him. It has only been a positive experience in every single consultation. Lastly I have to say this: he does not want to 'pump' his patients with drugs( as I see is posted in one of these previous reviews) and he does not push anything on anyone in any regard. Highly reccommended. He will take care of you and he has your best interest at heart.

But she took WELL OVER THE HOUR I had an appointment for to REALLY UNDERSTAND me and hear my concerns. She let me play a HUGE part in what medications and route we would take. After I got home she text me with a number I can reach her at if I need help and can't get office and for her to send me resource information as she found programs in the community that would benefit me or that might be helpful. She CARES FOR ALL HER PATIENTS! The prices were more then fair and they take many insurances. In my ENTIRE HISTORY dealing with this illness I have never walked out of a physiatrist office feeling so hopeful and proud of myself and my future. She gave me hope, help, compassion, encouragement and so many wonderful feelings. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Trying to reach upper management is pointless--calls are never returned, and the corporate number provides no answers. Their providers are dishonest and unhelpful. This place feels like nothing more than a money grab, focused solely on pushing more and more medication instead of addressing real issues or listening to patients' needs. If I were in a truly dark place, this facility would have pushed me further over the edge rather than helping me out of it. They show no genuine care or compassion for their patients. The moment you raise valid questions or concerns, they label you as noncompliant, discharge you, and use it to cover themselves. Worst experience with a mental health "professional" of my life (and I've seen MANY providers over…read moremy 30+ years of depression treatments). I'd give him less than 1 star if this system had such an option. This guy (not worthy of being called a doctor) only seemed to care about making money. Decision had already been made BEFORE I started TMS therapy to close his practice's only location that would work for me (I'm a solo mom of four children after losing my husband unexpectedly 7 years ago). I asked him directly about this at initial consult, because the intake specialist had warned me. He refused to look at me while responding that he "didn't know." Then, two-thirds through my treatment, he had a temporary employee tell me I'd need to switch another location, completely negating any benefit of his treatments to that point. He refused my requests for a phone call or explanation. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON OR HIS PRACTICE!!
