The approach felt overly aggressive rather than careful. I experienced significant sedation and had a fall during the night. When I contacted the doctor afterward because I felt worse, I was told that my "body is sensitive," which felt more like an excuse than a thoughtful explanation. I was ultimately advised to slow everything down, which is what I had suggested from the beginning. Psychiatry should not be a one-size-fits-all practice. Clear communication, careful pacing, and individualized care are essential, and that was missing here.

His schedule is really a direct reflection of how good of a doctor he is. As with any good doctor, it typically takes a month or two in order to get an appointment. Dr. Singh has everything a great psychiatrist should have: compassion, understanding, and empathy. He listens to you and genuinely cares about each and every one of his patients. I know because I am one of them and I see the looks on others patients' faces when they come out of his office. I now drive 45 minutes from St. Pete just to see him and wouldn't have it any other way. That being said, be patient and wait for an appointment. You'll be glad you did.

Dr. Eric Kaplan is a deeply caring person and a exceptional doctor in his field of psychiatry. Dr…read more Kaplan is a excellent communicator and very knowledgeable and experienced in many different mental health conditions and illnesses. He also is very considerate with your time and frankly wants everything covered in the most efficient amount of time during your consult so he can go and help/listen to/ and treat his next patient. I have been his patient for over a decade and have never had a complaint or any negative experience with him. It has only been a positive experience in every single consultation. Lastly I have to say this: he does not want to 'pump' his patients with drugs( as I see is posted in one of these previous reviews) and he does not push anything on anyone in any regard. Highly reccommended. He will take care of you and he has your best interest at heart.

Dr. Rayne is the only doctor I have ever met whom I trust implicitly; in fact, I followed her from her previous location because finding someone you can truly open up to is so rare. I also want to recognize Jade and Janet, who were my first points of contact. Their patience is truly remarkable, and they showed genuine concern, compassion, and consideration during an incredibly difficult time. As the frontline of the practice, they hold the line with such grace and professionalism. If I were in a truly dark place, this facility would have pushed me further over the edge rather than helping me out of it. They show no genuine care or compassion for their patients. I'd give him less than 1 star if this system had such an option. This guy (not worthy of being called a doctor) only seemed to care about making money. I asked him directly about this at initial consult, because the intake specialist had warned me. He refused to look at me while responding that he "didn't know." Then, two-thirds through my treatment, he had a temporary employee tell me I'd need to switch another location, completely negating any benefit of his treatments to that point.
