I started to eat better and exercise regularly but it didn't helped my hair loss , weight and other my symptoms. I was so frustrated and went to see an internal medicine doctor. The doctor said I was the healthiest person he had there and couldn't help me!! A friend recommended that I go see Dr. Saxena, it was life changing, a little bit at a time. As it turned out, the stress caused my hormones to become severely unbalanced. We met, made a plan and week by week I noticed little changes that let to tremendous results. I believe in her "forensic" type of medicine (aka functional medicine.). Figure out what is wrong and fix that instead of just giving you a pharmaceutical to patch it up. Prevent future problems by addressing the issues and systems as they appear. She helped me and my family take control of our health. I feel stronger at 50 than I did a decade ago!

In addition to the quality of Dr. Keenan's care, LifeChoices is exemplary in its approach to customer care. The staff members really inject life and warmth into what can be, in my experience, an otherwise cold, detached experience, especially for those of us new to an area where we had few or no prior interactions with a practice. I have several friends who are patients at LifeChoices and many of them have children who are also patients at LifeChoices. They really offer full-spectrum care to individuals and families who want a different experience. Truly a special place that I will continue to turn to for my primary care needs.

Additionally, when we had our appointments, the provider was cracking jokes about my younger son's weight being heavier than my older son's weight. This is a very sensitive subject for him, and he felt very embarrassed. It is not OK for a provider to embarrass my son. I will not be returning to this clinic for services. I will be seeking out a new clinic because they cannot meet the needs of my children. I am very disappointed. Additionally, the medical assistant just was asking questions and not validating anything. It felt like they were going through the motions to suffice the criteria of the physical, and not actually inquiring about our children's health concerns. She even said to my 12year old," you're not drinking alcohol or smoking, tobacco right?" " you wear a helmet wear your seatbelt and are safe on your bike right?" This is not how you conduct a patient interview. Their staff are not trained appropriately on how to conduct patient interviews. I guess when you're an hour late for your appointment, you get the bare minimum effort. I would no longer recommend this place
