I walked around but didn't make a purchase. On Saturday June 13, I visited the Downey store (because it was next to Five Below) and what a difference in the CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The store manager Ari (sp) was just what you are looking for in a shopping experience. He was knowledgeable, informed me about 'shoe of the week' and other details about Hibbett that will encourage me to shop there again. I'm partial to Downey because of Ari, he's the gold standard! Every store needs his level of service. I made my purchases at Downey location because customer service is key!!

Will usually walk with my niece to the park and we will walk all the way down to 5 below, then turn in front of the shops, which lead us to Hibbett. Will go inside just to see what shoes they have. Have purchased quite a few pairs of shoes online, have had to return a pair or two at the store. The customer service is great at this place. They greet you as soon as you enter the shop. Sometimes I can't hear them so won't say anything back to them so hopefully they won't take it the wrong way. The value is just like any other shoe retail store, haven't had the time to show up in the morning to a shoe drop. But with the big drops they're usually sold out. I do hope they don't let customers grab more than one pair or give resellers chances at buying a shoe before hand. Really glad there's a Hibbett close to my place, can't wait to stop by a Saturday morning for a sneaker drop.

Not only did I find some great shoes I was treated to the care and compassion people are capable of. Valerie and Jonathan not only assisted my girlfriend and me with great customer service but was also able to help a customer who did not have the means to purchase shoes to replace their tattered ones. I believed it was going to be just be another dismissal or security involvement when the individual came in, but that did not occur. Both Valerie and Jonathan treated this man with dignity and listened to his situation. They then treated this man with kindness to help him afford his shoes. These two are incredibly high value not only in customer service but also in the the kindness humanity needs. I am very grateful that I stopped in today and it is employees like these that I am more than happy spending money at the places they work at to support. Whoever hired these two just gained a fan and I will be recommending this place to friends and family.

Very disappointed in this since DSW is one of the few places you can get White Whitfield. I really hope that the staff here makes it easier for shoppers to find what they're looking for without having to waste all the time to find out ourselves if they have wide width or not.
