Everyone was super friendly and helpful, helping us navigate our shopping experience. Since the grand opening, my wife and I have stopped in 3 times, and customized 5 items from boots, luggage tag, boot pull and even a belt. Everything has been perfect during 2 different customization sessions Definitely recommend looking at their handcrafted house specialists, to make the piece yours.

I found a pair of shoes on the Tecovas site and that same day drove an hour and a half to the…read moreOakbrook store to buy them. I walked in planning to get two pairs in different colors and a pair of boots too. There were a lot of associates working, and not one of them greeted me or said a word to me. They were talking to each other on the floor instead. It was 7 or 8 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. When someone finally did, I told them exactly what I came for. I asked what they thought about the sizing on the shoe and the answer was "it's up to you." That was it. No help, no opinion, nothing. I only bought one pair, and that's because I need them for a meeting this week. The second color and the boots I walked away from. I've been in the Tecovas store in Texas before, and even though I didn't buy anything that day, the experience was completely different. It's disappointing that the store here at home is the one that missed the mark. When you drive that far ready to spend money, the least you expect is someone saying hello. I couldn't even tell you a single person's name including the person that clerked the sale. Some people create an experience and solve for something. Others clerk. The person at this store clerked. That's the difference between great stores and great salespeople and whatever this store provided.

I did so with trepidation, as my research revealed many negative comments regarding Goyard customer service, both in boutiques and through remote sales. My call to the phone number given on the website was immediately answered by a very courteous and helpful man named "Elhadji," who assured me that he would forward my request to the appropriate boutique after I provided my contact information to him. Four days later, I received a text message from Carlos at the Chicago boutique. With his very kind, patient help, I was able to complete my purchase and am now the very happy owner of a beautiful bag (that I LOVE), in time for my birthday. I still can hardly believe how easy and fast the whole process was, and how kind and helpful the two representatives I dealt with were. I'm so happy I took the chance and contacted Goyard's remote sales, and got Carlos as my sales associate! Thank you, gentlemen! You are a credit to Maison Goyard.

I did a lot of research and decided I wanted a Goyard tote bag as an everyday bag. We went to the Chicago location and I excitedly waited to be let in the doors. First of all, you can't take photos it is posted a few times through out the store, but I saw the other sale people letting the other shoppers take photos. The sales member helping me hardly looked up from his phone and when I asked about the color bags they had he pointed to where I could get the color samples. They were on a shelf and he couldn't be bothered to hand them to me. I asked to see the bag I wanted and it felt like I asked a teenager to take out the trash. I asked his opinion about the 2 colors I was debating between and he didn't seem to care and wasn't interested or invested in making the sale. Within about 15 minuets into our visit, I felt so unwelcomed and uncomfortable I decided I didn't want to buy the bag anymore. For years I have been planning to buy an expensive everyday bag and the experience here at Goyard was so negative, I walked away. I wanted the whole experience, someone invested in the process and someone would make me feel better about spending a lot of money.

The best exchange experience I've had!…read more I was gifted a pair of beautiful Rosalie sandals by a friend and needed to exchange them because the shoe runs terribly small. I decided to pop into the flagship store in the Nordstrom building to attempt to make the exchange while in my way to go pick up my daughter. I was joyfully greeted by Nina, the boutique manager, she asked that I hold a moment to be serviced while she was assisting another customer with a purchase. Instead of having me wait, she tagged in a Nordstrom sales person, Christina, for help to prevent me from having to wait. I truly appreciated her calling someone else to collaborate with her instead of me aimlessly waiting next in line. I explained what I needed, Christina said she would be more than happy to assist me and Nina assured me that my size and possible others if needed were in stock. The ladies worked quickly and pleasantly on my exchange while making sure they answered any questions and addressed concerns regarding my exchange and anything else I was interested in. I even caught a glimpse of Nina servicing the other customer and I noticed they too were pleasantly satisfied. Aside from loving my shoes and the CL brand itself, the customer service and utterly amazing energy these two gave while shopping is unmatched. Thank you again ladies for everything, I'll see you soon for another pair
