Found this place on Yelp and have to say it was the best part of the vacation. Everything is picture perfect and the attractions they had were great for my 4 year old granddaughter. Good vendor truck, very friendly staff & the pumpkins/flowers/plants were all so amazing. I can't say enough good things about this farm and the people that run it. A++ and look forward to visiting again next year and will try to make the Flashlight night.

They have pretty much everything -- great selection of perennials, annuals and vegetables & herbs, and all at super-reasonable prices. Like, better than Home Depot on sale. We got tons of veggies that we hadn't found elsewhere, like leeks, and we also bought beautiful new perennials for our front yard. We didn't really hold back and kept throwing plants in our cart, and we paid around $50 for the lot. Service was also super friendly! I look forward to many more visits.

All of the colors were so vibrant, and the smells were lovely. People were there purchasing flowers on their lunch break, and retired folk were perusing the isles, planning which plants would be added to their backyard oasis. I'm not going to lie, I was overwhelmed. That's where Connie stepped in. She asked me what I was looking for, and I told her I wanted a pretty pot of flowers for my sunny porch. Nothing to hang, since I doubt we hand hangers, and I sure wasn't going to install those. I needed no drama flowers, bright with color, that would last me through the summer. Together we walked the isles, and she asked me my preference on colors and textures. Before long, she grabbed a pot, threw in some soil, and magically threw my choices beautifully together. They have succulents, veggies, trees, tons of hanging flowers, and can easily put together a container garden of your liking in a jiffy.

The staff were great - they listened, explained a few different options, showed a few different options, and were knowledgable about tree nutrition, maintenance, and responsible disposal at the end of the holiday season. In the outdoor waiting area, there are a few giant tires that are filled with sand and toys that entertained the kids. Then the tractor pulled up for our hay ride. It was really fun! Lots of corn to see and even a neighboring property that was training agility dogs. On the farm there are alpacas and a donkey. The ride ended in an area that had wooden picnic tables, covered eating area, fire pit, and the kindest donkey in the world who tolerated all the kids wanting to pet it. Back there we had tasty dinner and then made s'mores. (Something was up with the fire pit that made it extra hot so even as an adult I had a hard time staying long enough to toast a marshmallow.) There's a porta potty for restrooms, but we opted to skip that and drive to a restaurant indoor bathroom instead. Thanks for hosting us CAR and Oakdale Farms!
