(Notice their response starts with a lame apology that they are sorry I feel their prices are out of line. Their prices are, in fact, hideously out of line. No feelings necessary. Just fact. Then they invite me to chase promotions for discounts, as if people should invest the time and energy to plan painting projects around Sherwin-Williams dangling a few coins. An absolute terrible experience. There were so many people standing around doing absolutely nothing-- both customers and store employees, this should have been my first clue I would get nowhere in what I needed to get done. The issue is online when you want to schedule with a color specialist it says to come into the store. So I go into the store with my baby because the online color specialist option also doesn't work. When I get into the store there are like a million color swatches to choose from but they're absolutely pointless if I'm without an expert. I then ask an employee to help me with finding or locating a color expert, he turns and asks the guy next to him, who literally scans a QR code on the wall that tells him the same thing the online website told me which was to come into a store... I felt like it was an SNL skit, like I was being pranked and a famous person and their tv crew were going to pop out from behind the desk. At one point after I watched them try to figure out the QR code, I offered to just give them my phone number and they could give it to the paint expert once they found out how to use the QR code, and they both looked at me with blank stares, looked back down and completely ignored me. I picked up my baby and left, no wiser on what paint colors to choose for my exterior, and absolutely frustrated that I wasted my time going here. read more

I thought there would be an advantage to going to Sherwin-Williams as opposed to going to Lowe's that also carries Sherwin Williams paints, but I don't know that there really was. We ultimately got similar service and help. We were able to clarify our order during our visit for our upcoming paint and do some comparisons between the different white paints. I don't know if it's necessary to go out of your way for a visit here if you have a closer home improvement store, but we got what we needed from the visit! read more

I've been into this store many, many times for varying projects over the past year, but my most recent visit was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in years--paint-related shopping or otherwise. After coldly being turned away from another Sherwin Williams just 30 minutes prior, without any suggestions for where to find the paint I needed, I came to the NP location, where Leroy went above and beyond to life my spirits and ensure I was fully equipped with everything I would ensure my DIY home paint project was set up for success. He carefully walked me through all the paint style options, and despite there being a shortage on the initial type of paint I needed, came through with stellar alternate suggestions. And his genuine, problem-solving, proactive attitude made the whole process a breeze. I don't like to give bad reviews, but I will say that I can't even give this place one star. The employees were extremely rude, unfriendly and patronizing when asking about paint. I paid a lot, that said, I'll never use Sherwin-Williams paint again. I paid $56 for 1 gallon of a cashmere paint, that after two coats, you can still see the primer. It's not like I was trying to cover up a dark paint with a light or in like paint with a dark. I was putting a very light gray over primed white. I've used Sherwin-Williams in the past on the exterior of my home and got the top-of-the-line, it's been just over a year and it's already peeling. Do yourself a favor go spend less money at Lowes or Home Depot and get their top-of-the-line paint. I've used a plenty before and it's much better than the quality of this paint. I went here for the convenience, never again. read more

Color was mixed incorrectly and Stanley refused to return the paint. When color was mixed we stated the exact color and finish and sales representative failed to mention that color would be different in eggshell. This was for an medical office and the whole job had to be redone as a result. Stanley agrued with my father and refused to return the paint. He said the manager was out of town and had poor customer service and an attitude. Paint was prepared and presented incorrectly. We spent spent an excess of time and gas to fix the issue which added up to an estimate of $75. We have been a fan of Shirman Williams however after this experience we are taking our service to Lowes. read more

We went in on a Saturday afternoon and it was the BEST experience. Leroy helped us look up or paint samples in the system and made sure we got all the right tools (and fool-proof paint). He helped us within our skill level and budget (both pretty low) and now our condo looks great. We even have the confidence to tackle another room. I will say that we got our samples two weeks earlier when it was far busier, which wasn't a bad experience, but if you need more help, I would go on off-peak hours. read more

This is the worst Frazee I've ever been to. First experience: Stood at the counter for fifteen minutes. Nobody ever showed up. Second experience: Me: Do you have a low tack, masking tape? Employee: I wouldn't be able to answer that. Me: Is there someone here who can? Employee: No. So, I try to buy some masking tape anyway. I was painting my house and about to run out of paint, so I photographed the sticker on the can with the color codes and came into this store. The paint was a Sherwin Williams paint from the same store - a match to an old Frazee color from the same store before Sherwin Williams acquired Frazee because Sherwin Williams discontinued the old Frazee colors. Imagine my surprise when I was told by the woman a the counter that they couldn't use the old Sherwin Williams codes! She told me I had to bring in the paint so they could do a color match! I couldn't believe it - Sherwin Williams needed a sample of a Sherwin Williams paint so they could match the color! So, I went home, picked up the can of paint, and...went to Dunn Edwards down the street. I'll never go back to this store again. read more

Beware of this store! They will rip you off right in the front desk. I send one of my workers today to purchase one gallon of luxon primer and one of super paint. I have been doing this same job for a community in san Diego for the last couple of months and always purchase the two gallons each time. Today my worker goes and ask for one gallon of primer and one of paint and the sales associate tells him that the luxon is only existent in quarts. My worker agrees to take four quarts of primer making one gallon and one gallon of paint. Because we are always busy and in a rush he never noticed that the scamming associate would charge five gallons of paint and four gallons of primer and only deliver one gallon of each. Tomorrow I will be going to try to resolve this matter and hoping that the manager of this place will fix the two hundred and fifty dollar error on their favor. Beware of this store, check your receipts. This is the first time something like this happens on a Sherwin Williams store and the first and last time we purchase from this location. Great paint but that store is a rip off! They tried to charge me $17 bucks more a gallon for the same paint that I bought at the miramar store! I needed to buy 10 gallons of paint but not from them! They could not look me up to see the price that I payed at the other store. They said I had to hurry up and buy because they wanted to go home! I hate to be negative but this place left a bad taste in my mouth! There are a lot better deals out there for good paint! read more

Awful, just awful ... they're a PAINT STORE that lacks product but has plenty of staff with bad attitudes. The last time we went there, they referred us to the Sports Arena store, after calling and verifying that they had the concrete stain we needed. After driving there, we found out that Sports Arena didn't have it and then we had to go to Miramar Road anyway. Don't bother with here, go to Miramar Road first. read more

So was moving out of my condo, and I needed to paint a few of the walls. Frazee had all the tools and paint i needed. Very helpful. And they are open super early so that helped me out a lot. If the place is busy then it could take a little time to pay. Sometimes they are helping out people with much larger orders than mine, so its understandable. Only 1 person was working when I went so my time there was a little long. Overall, this place will get you what you need in a pinch. read more

Wow. Seriously. Wow . I went in on Tuesday 8-14-17, at around 4:30 pm. I wanted to purchase some paint and brushes to do some touch ups. I was hoping I'd find someone who could provide a little advice for what I need now as well as a future project. I was happily prepared to purchase any other paint or supplies as needed. When I walked in I didn't see any employees. I looked around for a bit. Two other customers came in. They looked around. They left without any employee even making an appearance. I stuck it out. Finally an employee appears, a customer in tow. They go on to seemingly make a transaction at the register. I am the only other customer in sight. So I call out the employee. I have no problem with him finishing up with the other customer. My point is, he never acknowledged me. No eye contact. Couldn't even waste his breath to tell me "Hi, I'll be with you when I'm done here.". I waited 15 min. Never again. If any management ever reads Yelp reviews I challenge you to respond to myself or one of the other negative posts. To be blunt, your store sucks . Virtually NO customer service. And trust me, I will be telling ALL of my neighbors. Management, tell me why I should give your business another chance!! read more
