They wanted us to see the paint on our house before making a final decision as to the color we wanted. They accidentally did not bring any stains for our cedar post and railings. In talking with them, they suggested we go to this paint store and pick up samples of stain to help us make a decision on stain color. We drove to this store as it is less than 10 miles from our house. Driving up, we were able to get a front door parking spot as they had no business. We walked in and immediately saw the area of the store dedicated to stain and walked to it. The stain area is laid out nicely and allows you to observe what they have. They also have brochures to answer your questions. We noticed that they had 4 employees working in the store, and they were happily talking with each other. After about 5 minutes, we never had anyone approach us to see if they could help. We had some questions and decided to go to them. As we approached the counter, the help was laughing and giggling and just having a fun time. We laid our stuff on the counter and waited. They never even acknowledged our being there. After several minutes, we discussed leaving, and getting no response, we turned and walked out of the store. Will I return? In one word: NO!!!

So imo, even their quick match job is as good as that other paint store that covers the world. They're open 7-5:30 M-S and closed Sunday at this location. Parking is available in the adjacent lot.
