Surprise I know, but I really didn't want to go 30 minutes when this is so close. Arrived and searched out to find the owner/cashier. Hardened, but funny guy. Liked him and super efficient. Outside the loading guy was funny and helpful even though his co worker left him with a chore. But the product. That was mighty weak. His co worker had dug thru the lumber to find some good lumber the size the customer asked and the carnage was everywhere. We just went to the stack that was the "freshest" they had. I wasn't picky. I just needed some studs cause I ran out. Wow! Good thing I didn't care. Provably 50 cents+ more per bird and maybe 25% quality(if you ever collected coins and played with grading them, you'll get the "quality drives price" equation). I don't think I'll do that again unless I'm even more desperate. Really want to give them my business and would have no problems buying other stuff. I'm just bummed I won't get lumber at the local lumber spot.

After talking to several representatives, a Home Depot representative by the name of Bernice stepped up and said she would try and help us. I informed her that I was having problems with the service from Tuff Shed online and that I needed some help. She sat us down and asked about the problem and I explained it. She called Tuff Shed customer service from Home Depot and explain the problem we were having. The Tuff Shed representative told her that she would help. After much discussion, it was all ironed out thanks to Bernice from Home Depot. Bernice was very professional, friendly, and listen to the long story that I had about the poor customer service from Tuff Shed. When we walked out of the Home Depot, Bernice had gotten it all straightened out for us from Tuff Shed. It is with employee representatives like Bernice that make this store a good place. I highly recommend this store and think Bernice for helping us.. Early Monday morning, the next day we received a call from a Tuff Shed representative and we are now getting delivery of our product.

My only worry was they made me pay in full upfront in two parts: a half deposit to hold my special quote price and then pay the other half (in full) at scheduling. For people who've been scammed before like I have been, this can be a hard trust, but luckily they reassured me that they're a mostly 5-star company and wouldn't disappoint, and it did all work out. I think they should also give a heads-up reminder about the crew coming a day before, since scheduling can sometimes be far out ahead in time. I accidentally forgot and was out of town, but luckily I'd left my back yard unlocked for them to go back there and complete the job. Shed looks great. Thank you guys.

**Beware of Ewing: Customer Service Disappears After the Sale!**…read more After years of purchasing materials from a reliable landscape supplier, I decided to give Ewing a shot, and it was a massive mistake. Initially, the staff was friendly and eager to make a sale, but things took a turn for the worse when they damaged my driveway during a materials delivery. The driver had ample space to pull in straight and dump the load, but instead, he chose to back in. As a result, he drove the semi-trailer tires over my driveway, tearing up the asphalt and creating a significant mess. I've had larger trucks deliver materials without any issues before, so this was unacceptable. I promptly reached out to Ewing, and the manager, Ricardo, told me to get a repair quote. I emphasized that we had a family event that weekend, and the damage was right at the entrance of my driveway. I remained calm and respectful, simply asking for them to do the right thing. Days passed, and my follow-up messages to Ricardo went unanswered. I gave him the benefit of the doubt due to the approaching weekend, but ultimately, I had to cover the $1,350 repair cost myself. When I finally heard back the following week, Ricardo informed me that his management didn't want to take responsibility for the damage their company caused. Incredible! There's a pattern with this shady company, see the photos attached of other unsatisfied customers that had their property damaged. If such damage occurred at their personal property, would they have simply brushed it off? Ewing is a greedy company with numerous locations. Save yourself the hassle--many other suppliers out there value customer service and accountability. Keep your business local!

It's definitely much larger than your average convenient store and has a lot more to offer. On the outside, you'll notice they have a water machine, ice and propane tanks for sale. Inside they have much of what you would expect to find in a Walmart, except in a more concentrated form. Inside there are 15 refrigerator doors and 15 freezer doors. A few doors carry cold beer, but no craft beer. Inside you'll find all of these items such as cosmetics, kitchen items, food and pantry items, do it yourself fix-it items, and a considerable amount of clothing and bedding.
