The only issue I've run into is with the Spectrum representatives inside, especially during busier times (around 6 PM in my case). During my last visit, one of the reps was very persistent and wouldn't take no for an answer, even after I politely declined multiple times. I'm there to shop, and if I wanted to sign up for Spectrum, AT&T, or Google services, I know how to do my own research. I try to be respectful, but the interaction became frustrating. Other than that, my experience with the store itself has been positive. I just hope there can be a better balance so customers don't feel pressured as they shop.
