6-21-2026: my boyfriend and i came shopping at this location because it's typically the walmart we go to. upon checking out the printer was out of paper so my boyfriend called for the self checkout attendant, Katherine, to let her know. She seemed like she had an attitude about having to change out the paper, and when my boyfriend said thank you she ignored him. Once our receipt finally printed out she handed it to me, i said thank you and again was ignored. no "have a great day" or any friendly gesture whatsoever. I work in retail so i understand maybe having a bad day, but don't take that out on the customer as we did nothing wrong. we left feeling very unwelcomed and as if we were a bother. maybe there needs to be a retraining on how to interact with customers so this doesn't happen to someone else. update 15 minutes later: i attempted to call once we got home so i could speak to a manager about this and of course (because service desk workers are hardly ever actually at the service desk at this location) nobody answered. people have been saying for years that this location is going downhill, but this just proves their points. read more

I don't have anything to the store , but when you order on line you never get what you order and they don't want give your money back , this is not the first time but I don't understand and order again shame on me too . This is a clean & nice WM Supercenter. Had some issues with the self check out. It would not take my chop card. The cashier was very helpful, but even she got annoyed with the machine. But, she quickly solved the issue & let me check out at customer service. This is probably one of the cleanest WM around. It's on the way to the post office I go to. So, it's always a quick stop on the way home. So, I should check in more, when I get back. I'm here often. read more

Welp! Easy come easy go. I had written a fairly nice review not even a month ago, but like I said last time, it IS a walmart. So are we surprised that I am back here to write a bad one? Im not, however I am surprised to hear myself say, "I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS WALMART AGAIN!" Went to walmart to buy some shoes for my oldest. Noticed a lot on clearance. Score right? I use the walmart app on my phone to scan it and it rings up as $5. Sweet. So I take it to self checkout and it rings up as $9. Okay, no big deal. Walmart price matches there website! RIGHT?! Well, Shank, the woman who works the self checkout came to help. First she ignored my phone. Smart. I might have spent time photoshopping fake prices to save four dollars. I get it. So she pulls out her own phone (WHILE COUGHING THE ENTIRE TIME. GIRL YOU ARE SICK! GO HOME) Scans it and verifies that yes, it is $5 on the website. But for some reason, and I dont know if it is because she was on a power trip, if she has stock in the walmart company, or maybe she just didnt like me, but she spent a good five minutes zooming in and out of the website looking at every detail. She then goes "Oh no you see here? I cant price match this." What is it that she was so happy about you ask? OH because the website said that the size WASNT IN STOCK AT THAT LOCATION! A normal person would think, okay so obviously the website is wrong. You look right down and you can see the shoes physically there. They are in stock obviously. I stared at her for an uncomfortable amount of time thinking she was kidding. "Well... clearly they are in stock." I started, after realizing she was not. She, I kid you not, shrugged. She shrugged and said, "Yeah but the website is saying its not. " WHAT?! Are you serious? She then asks me if I still want them and to pay the price its scanning. So let me get this straight. Because the website says it doesnt exist in this store (Which, btw, there was an ENTIRE ROW DEDICATED TO THE SHOES SO IT WASNT JUST ONE), you will not price match (an obvious error on the website) HOWEVER, they suddenly do exist if I want to pay full price? I know its only four dollars but what the hell kind of logic is that? Sorry no. I will not shop here again because I dont know whatever other kind of shaddy shit they are going to pull. Frankly Walmart was already way over priced for the terrible quality of items and people it carries. Guys just go to HEB. Produce is fresh and locally sourced and honestly Walmart does not need anymore money to cushion its billionaire ass. read more

Tire center: came in at 5:07pm for a tire patch. One truck was in the bay? Area, one car was getting checked in next to me for an oil change & I was the 3rd car. Here I am nearly 2 hours later & my car barely was pulled in. I'm sitting in here watching them move ridiculous slowly with the other 2 car owners wondering how it could be taking so long. Went for an oil change , went inside to shop , I come back & notice my truck on the side thinking it was ready. I mean I see 6 guys outside standing doing nothing so I'm thinking it's ready only to find out that they haven't done a thing to my car !! Mind you I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL OR TEXT & they denied it for not being able to get the plug off from the bottom , 3hrs that my car has been sitting there & NO CALL ? This Walmart is going downhill with customer service. 1. I'm having to Self checkout because there are no cashiers 2. I've placed two separate orders only to have to cancel them because they didn't restock the product. 3. I've called to speak to the store manager about the product to find out if they stopped stocking it or when they will restock so I can order it. No one answers the phone. 4. Several hours later, someone answered the phone and told another employee to pretend to be an assistant store manager.... 5. The assistant store manager, Juanita, told me someone else would call me. No one ever dud. 6. I call home office to ask them to have the store manager call me. He never did... 7. I have been slowly trying to get away from Walmart and now I can. The only thing I was buying at Walmart was this product because heb didn't have it. 8. I called heb and not only did they answer but they helped me and told me they now have that product for a little less than Walmart. I got stranded when I was about to leave store today about 6:30p. I took a chance & went to the Auto Dept to see if a jump was possible. Renard in Auto called the Mgr to approve a jump & one of guys followed me to my car carrying that big jumper & got it started in minutes. At this point, it was 6:45p & even though they were about to close, he suggested I go see them now to get it tested. He could of told me come back tomorrow & I would have. Luckily I had my original receipt & they quickly exchanged it for free after it tested below standards. This is the second time these guys in Auto have wowed me with their friendly service no matter how late to closing it was. Please pass along my gratitude to the VP's at Walmart. read more

I can't truly rate this Walmart. I'm a merchandiser and I can't shop that store. The set of that store is confusing and messy. You call tell you don't have a merchandiser and traning in that store. The managers sure don't know what they are doing or the associates in that store would know what they are doing. This store is messy and the people that work there are clueless. I came in today because because I spoke with an assistant manager from Walmart who called me and apologize about my last experience last week. Only to have a cherry added to top my negative experience. This goes to show that they lack management skills and communication. I decided to stop by and pick up this the gift card. The assistant manager who insured me over the phone to stop by and pick up a card which will be listed in my name in the customer service. Just looking at the line at customer service gave me a negative vibe. So I pursed to give walmart another chance. I got in line with my family. Took about 15 minutes to get to the register. Then I told the lady that I was.....and I come to pick up a gift card. She stated she needed to get her manager to help me. 10 minutes later Janice appears and then states "I don't know what gift card your talking about." So I told the story. Then she had to ask another manager (joseph) blonde hair to open the office. He said no gift card. Then Janice said she had to ask the other manager. And then came back to me 5 minutes later looking at me like I'm so idiot. Saying we don't know what your taling about. I was already pissed off by the way she looked at me like I was some idiot. I told her. "Its ok. It doesn't matter. I'll just write a new review." Thank you walmart for putting the cherry on top of my amazing walmart negative expiriance. First and foremost, I just wanted to point out something important, the staff here are some real RESPECTABLE, hard working folks. The people who shop here are also the same. My family and I have always been treated well, especially at the McDonald's where they really treat you like family. I've been to this Walmart at different times and on different days so many times now that I now feel comfortable writing a respectable review. The staff, although they might not know exactly where the item you need is, will still try as best as they can to guide you in the right direction. I don't expect grand treatment from Walmart either, because having visited so many of them I feel they pretty much average about to the same experience (staff wise that is). This is a well stocked Walmart, and if you're not sure you can call ahead and ask (as I've done to ask for a Dolly) which they will check for you so you don't waste a trip. Oh my I think we been here for 4 hours, this use to be my regular Wal-Mart,but since I moved I don't come this way much any more. The tree of us decidet that we need to get out of the house a bit and since we needet stuff foe Easter we came to WalMart. The Store has cleans up alot you find alot of different thinks and there Veggies looked great,the service whas friendly and fast. So I need to start comming back over here more often. I go to this Store all the time when I have to get something small like Milk or Butter because it's around the corner. Actually I don't like it at all. You always stay in line forever. Sometimes I think this store searches for the worst possible cashiers there are. I'm sorry to say that, but in 3.5 years I found 2 cashiers in this walmart who actually use both hands to work. I called to find out if they had something I need in stock and the women sent me over to another associate no on picked up it had been 7 min so I called back letting her know that no one answered and she said okay and sent me over again they picked up then hung up on me so I called back one more time but this time no one answered. This store is complete and total garbage. Julie the customer service employee in the yellow vest is the rudest employee I've ever come across in this store. Not sure how she was promoted to the position she's at but she's the worst, they should have her collecting carts in the parking lot with that attitude. I printed coupons off of the Walmart website and she had the audacity to act as if I had tampered with them or I was trying to steal something. They were coupons for $0.50 off of tissues?! I stopped going to this Walmart. For the most part it was because of the obnoxious cashier at the Pharmacy. Today I needed insulin and we were in the area so I sucked it up and the Pharmacy is CLOSED at 1:00 on Sunday. Pharmacist hollered from behind the cage they would open at 2:00. Really? I have been the victim of identity theft twice at this store. I have also been approached by a woman claiming to be a recent widow and needs $$ for groceries (while riding a motorized Walmart wheelchair) on 3 occasions. She told me the EXACT same story how her husband died the night before. This last incident of Identity Theft was pushed thru with my card being skimmed (I purchased the sleeves that prevent your wallet from Identity Theft, the ONLY time my card comes out of it's sleeve is to put it in the machine to read my "CHIP".) The purchase was denied the first time and somehow (according to my bank) "PUSHED THRU" by an employee at the register. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! read more

This Walmart has some issues . I've never been to a Walmart that locks everything up behind a glass. That is fine if people are stealing, but the workers can never be found and when you ask them for assistance they are not friendly at all. Store seems a bit disorganized. Overall a great store. It's quite and has a lot of selections. Only issue is the long lines and how impossible it is to find an employee to assist you! Then again I believe that's how most Walmarts are. I normally just do the self check out because it's a lot quicker. read more

I come here often mainly at night because i get out of work late and it never fails.The employees are always always always sitting down in front smoking cigarettes while aaaaaaalllllllll the carts are sitting in the parking lot.one time i saw this poor old man who works there trying to gather all the carts.I thought to myslef someone needs to help him.Everything is always messy and after going to other walmarts i realized that this walmart could really get better at their customer service.No one says hi how are you or are you finding everything ok.you go to other nerby walmarts and eveything is nice and neat read more

So far in the San Antonio area this is the only one my family has found that has employees that actually KNOW where things are at and take the time to help you. I do a lot of shopping at Walmart, and I like this store. I read a lot of the reviews from customers, some of whom had complaints about employees being lazy, or dumb, or lacking in skills. I have never had an issue here. The employees here are only human, and to have a positive experience one has to give what they expect in return when dealing with human beings. In many instances, I found the same ignorance, negativity, and "lack of skills" they were complaining about...displayed in the complaints from the reviewers! read more

This place is poorly managed, poorly stocked, but worst of all is the attitude of the staff. From management to check out everyone seems so apathetic. No one seems to really care to do a good job (I'm sure there are some). I know its a big chain store but there is a noticeable difference in the behavior of the staff at this location. read more
