Unfortunately, I didn't read carefully and the bowls were not microwave safe. My kids are not old enough to differentiate which bowls can and cannot go in the microwave, so I returned them. My mother has been in the hospital so I just chucked the bowls in a box with no... anything---not even a note or my name or the order number or anything, and Sunset & Co. immediately refunded my purchase upon their arrival and notified me of it by email while I was away helping my mother. I am so impressed by their customer service when I was quite the terrible customer. I'll keep watching their website and am eager to try again to find something delightful from this shop!

The first time he called, my husband spoke to a guy who said they needed to see the key first to see if they could do it. Fair enough, but they could have looked the key up first on Google or something. My husband forgot to ask how much it would cost IF they could do it, so he called back. A woman took his call and was short with him, as if she didn't want to be bothered. She snapped, "Oh no - we can't do that!" My husband told her he just talked to a man who told him to bring it down. So then she said "Oh, okay. $2 or $3." When he arrived and handed them the key, she took one look at it and "No we can't do that!" She was very abrupt. We would have shopped a bit for other things, we got the clear impression that our business wasn't wanted. For anything. They were not busy at all. I can understand that they couldn't make the key, but a little more kindness and perhaps some initiative to find out exactly what kind of key we needed would have gone a long way. Since they make keys, and are no doubt familiar with modern fob type car keys, a little engagement of the gray matter would have saved everyone a big hassle.

I purchased two sample paints this morning, one of which the sales person said he thought was "ugly". When I returned this afternoon with my final selection of which I wanted a whole gallon, the same sales person told me with his mouthful of Cheetos that it would be about $60 for the gallon. When I asked why it was so high and the same paint is about $35 at Lowe's his response was simply that this location is more for contractors and I would be better off at Home Depot or Lowe's. Thus I left here empty handed.

We are using the airless now and it works great. And the guy at the front desk was also very nice and friendly. Recommend you bring your stuff here because they will give you a great deal.

The sharkthane also easy to apply and dries well, however I stopped shooting it as it came in a slightly blue hue every time. ? Also, I have ordered from napco and hawk before, usually took 5 days to get an order in Cali, E.A.H is about half the distance, still took five days. ? Some things to keep in mind with this The Home Depot is that during the mornings (weekdays and weekends) they can get very busy with all the orders from contractors, so if you need to get ahold of someone for a specific transaction I would recommend coming later in the day. Their garden section is always amazing and they do carry a wide selection of indoor and outdoor houseplants. I also like that they started to offer discounts on some of our regional plants that are better for our San Antonio weather. If you are looking to purchase a shed, please keep in mind that there is one person managing those transactions across multiple stores. So make sure to give them a call ahead of time to see when they will be at this location so you can plan your trip accordingly. Last but not least, I recently purchased some "exotic" plants at this location and they misplaced them and had a cheaper price tag from what they were supposed to be. Thankfully the manager offered me the cheaper price and left the store with an amazing deal.

They have a huge selection of both indoor and outdoor plants, and they just keep adding more and more selection of plants to their repertoire. If you love indoor plants, you have to check out their greenhouse. It always has a huge selection of plants from all sizes. They also recently opened a section of cacti and succulents which is super cool. I am not really into those plants, but just walking inside that section makes me feel like I am in Arizona or somewhere else. Frankly it is just magical how much one section can change to the next. Also, the service here is always excellent. I've got some amazing recommendations and tips to take care of my plants from the people that work here. In regards to the value, I think their prices are great for a small business. Anyhow, y'all can see I really love this plant nursery and I think it is a must if you are looking for a new plant baby or just want to take in nature.
