When we were in the the store, we reminded the young lady who rang it up that wood pellets were included. She agreed. We picked them out and she confirmed that they would be delivered with the grill (nice touch that ACE assembles and delivers!!). Grill was delivered without user manual nor pellets!! The gentleman who delivered had no manual and no pellets!! A nice touch would have been to set the grill up for first use. That did not happen. I fear that they will lose business to Pearland store who has great customer service. I do not want to come across as a complaining old lady, but owners need to be be more involved in their business. The delivery was done by the owner which is also a nice touch, so owner's are involved. My apologies. Star rating has been updated. 11/14/19 Since July, we have not been able to use this $1400 grill. We had a malfunction in temp sensor, contacted Traeger directly and went through about 8 reps trying to help us replace the temp probe. No one at corporate has be able to answer/fix our concerns. I suggested to my husband early on to go back to ACE in Friendswood, but he did not. After 4 months of frustration dealing with Traeger, he went back to ACE and relayed all of the gory detains to Mr. Magnuson, the owner, who promptly modified the part that Traeger sent (would not fit) and, voila, the grill is now operational and preparing chicken as I write this. This morning I went there with my mother to get a fuel pump, and of course she was asking for help.. There are 7 other employees just laughing, gossiping out behind the counter who has no intention of helping any customer out because the store is "empty".. Anywho, yes the store was empty yet the manager that we were asking to help us was RUDE, she said she can't help us because she's training 1 new employee. And we asked why don't the other 7 employees help us, she just said for us to wait til she finishes training this new hiree. All we were asking was a fuel pump.... Don't go here. Don't expect any help from this store. We have already contacted the corporate about this incident and filed a complaint. From now on, I will advice my friends and family NOT to go here. We will take our business somewhere else.

She is knowledgeable, helpful, caring and friendly. I totally believe she loves her job, and gets to know her customers and their needs. When I go in there looking for something I always go to Sylvia first. She then tells me if they have it, and where it is located on the lot. If they don't have it she sees to it that it is ordered, and will even contact me when it comes in. I truly like her, and her helpful and caring customer service. Since I am a beginner Beekeeper, and love to grow much of my own vegetables, I show her some pics of what I am doing or looking for, which helps her to serve my needs better. I also find that the nursery has a tremendous selection of items that me or any novice gardener would desire or need. As a Marine Sgt. Veteran, they also give me a discount on every purchase I make.
