Since she saw me enter the store she made this grimace and made everything difficult asking questions I was never asked before, I bought batteries several times in my life. I have to call the Chevy dealer and when this guy from the dealer is going to tell her what she was asking she started to talk loud and saying, without listening to him at all, that they don't have that battery. She was so rude and discriminatory! Her name is Tristi, she said she is the manager...someone so racist shouldn't work attending customers. If you are Hispanic and have an accent don't come here, she doesn't like customers like us. After leaving this place I went to AutoZone on HWY 3 and a got a new battery in 5 minutes!

I bought the Bosch OE blades for my truck. Yes, they are expensive but I HATE having loud blades when it's not raining hard or non-wiping blades when it is raining hard. But, O'Reilly has a little known secret: Many of the blades come with a one year warranty. I did not know this until today. The Houston heat can be BRUTAL on wipers so knowing they stand behind them is fantastic. Plus, they install them for free on the spot. Kudos for that. I also bought two very large hose clamps. They are made for automotive uses but I needed two for a non-automotive project I was working on. Just an FYI, they have LARGE clamps in the back if you can't find what you need on the aisle. Again, the staff was excellent in their help. Bottom line - Great service and typically have what I need. I'll keep shopping here for my auto parts.

I think it began to crack the glass, but that could have been because of loose rocks on the road. A little birdy told me that O'Reilly changes the blades free of charge. Surely, they do! The chick that helped me, she is hilarious and had me laughing as she changed the blades. Of course, it was a smooth and simple process, but I wanted a professional to help me. She was wearing cowboy boots too. This location seems to be only women owned which is cool! Every employee greeted me upon walk in. The manager running the register, walked me to where the blades were and explained to me that the beams are considered "old school". I liked that. I made the mistake of getting the modern ones before and it was flopping all over the place! The blades were $15 a piece, of course the only cheapest option. The highest price was $53 a piece. I like this location and customer service seems to be a lot better than AutoZone. Thanks O'Reilly!

It was the last Saturday night of their spring break when both catalytic converters were stolen. On that Monday, I called ProExhaust and the man said bring it down and let's see what is needed to fix it. The truck was drivable, but loud. Once there, Rick looked underneath and said he didn't see any other damage, he could have it fixed by Tuesday at 5 pm, latest noon Wednesday. I was shocked and skeptical due to parts delays and low inventories these days! However, he is the pro and he knows his business. Sure enough, I picked it up at 5 pm! Don't go to them for Auto repairs. They will work on your car without authorization and charge you…read moreon the extra repairs. My Ford escape brakes they didn't hesitate on saying they could fix them. I approved the first quote of 444$ to replace the routers and the right front caliber. The next day they called and said that with the rust damage to the left front caliber would need to be replaced as well. I approved this repair and now the total was 601$. I thought that was fair and reasonable. Was told the car would be ready on Tuesday afternoon. They called on Tuesday afternoon and said they weren't having difficulties with the brakes and would need more time. I said take all the time you need but verified that I wasn't paying more than the 601$ I had approved. They called Thursday afternoon and tell me the car is ready for pickup. I walk in and now the total is 994$!!!! I asked who authorized the additional repairs? Because I did not. I had to pay an extra 390$ of repairs without my approval. They didn't even try to offer to lower the bill, you would think if you made an error and did repairs without authorization the shop would at least eat the labor costs. I paid the full amount but in protest. I would use caution and make sure you get everything in writing and approved before you have your car repaired at Golden Eagle!

This place did have the battery I was looking for! In fact they carry all kinds of batteries!!! They have batteries for autos, lawnmowers, motorcycles, generators, etc. I've been by here a bunch of times but always thought of it as a battery recycling business which they do, but I didn't realize they also sold all types pod batteries! So if your looking for a battery you can't find at your local auto parts store your best bet would be to give the folks at Golden Eagle Battery a try! They probably have it in stock!
