Here is verbatim "Why are you pick a color that's been out since 2018?" "No one is using that anymore. "In almost an accusing way. I felt personally attacked. When I said because I like it. I thought that would stop her but she continued to challenge me. "Don't you find it sad or depressing?" With her eyes still accusing me? "No it's for my bathroom and I like the color" I said again. The color was a greige color supposedly Benjamin Moores top selling color and designers choice as recent as in 2025 design articles as a nice neutral. I came here just with a simple swatch request and left feeling attacked when I didn't even ask her design opinions. I'll leave that to my designer. When I gathered my thoughts I went back ti her and said you really shouldn't work with customers. She said she's been here for 10 years! I've been here a few times. Sea sponge: In-stock at $30 each, (I purchased two earlier today from another locally owned paint store for $7.99 each - I'm heading back there now). I'd like to see this shop succeed. The location is great and the staff are helpful. Hopefully this review will be received as constructive criticism prompting improved stock management and discontinued price gouging.

There's always someone behind the counter to help you. I recommend taking the cards outside where there isn't artificial light. Every painter I have worked with recommended Benjamin Moore. So go. I needed paint to match my exterior stucco wall but I was only able to get several pathetically small pieces to collectively amount to about to an inch of color sample (and I was cringing bc I was really messing up the wall to get them). Eddie said it was definitely on the small side, but he thought he would be able to do it. Well, I picked up the paint today and I just watched the paint dry on a large test spot (yes, I was that impatient and invested - I had to redo the whole repair bc both the patch and paint needed to be redone; btw thanks to the other guy also there yesterday who convinced me to get the real stucco repair compound instead of the acrylic patch I used the first time) and the match is FREAKING PERFECT. Eddie exactly matched the paint using a teeny-tiny-all-in-pieces-bare-minimum sample for STUCCO, not something easy like drywall. I am seriously so grateful. If Eddie tells you he needs time to get it right, you give that artist all the time he needs. Like I can't see where I painted at all. It's PERFECT. Did I mention that it's perfect? No? Well, it is.
