(From lighter yellow to a darker yellow) The employee said he couldn't do anything with the color then grabbed our 5 gallon and pushed it to the back of the store, which made us think we could exchange it for something. Then he matched a brand new gallon of paint with the requested color. Not until we were asked whether we still wanted to keep the original 5 gallon of paint did we realize that they couldn't be returned or credited. As costumers, we should have asked whether it can be returned up front. But the "grabbing away without telling us the return policy" behavior was really confusing. We ended up buying the rest of the paint for our house project from a different retailer in town. Just for people's future reference, other stores at least offer to try to make your unsatisfied paint brighter or darker.

I needed some more paint but the label with the color was pretty tore up and you could not see the color. I took a picture of the label and they were not only able to tell me the color, but they produced a hand written 3" x 5" card with paint sample on the card from 10 years ago. I was helped by Jose and Sam and both gentlemen were very knowledgeable. They helped us pick out some brushes and educated us on a few painting tips. They load the paint in your car for you and the entire customer experience was very good. I highly recommend this company. Paint Quality - The paint on my house is 10 years old and is still in very good shape. When I applied the new paint to my house there was almost no color difference between the 10 year old paint and the new paint, I was extremely impressed.
