He explained why PVC primer is essential for the glue to work and walked me through brushless vs. other drill motors. I ended up with a brushless drill, and he helped load everything into my car. I couldn't have been farther off base in my assumption. The only similarity is the helpful staff working in the store, which gained this place an extra star. They greet patrons as they enter and offer to help them find things. Initially, I said I was going to browse around a little and pick up the things I needed. I ended up going back asking for help finding items I was looking for. The clerk working helped me look for the items I needed and then told me they are not actually an Ace Hardware Store anymore. They're an authorized Ace retailer, so they now sell some Ace products, but don't carry all normal items. She wasn't kidding! They don't carry most Ace products. No paint, no stain, etc. This place is mostly a feed store, I guess. I ended up going to Home Depot to get what I needed, they had it. I simply prefer to support the small businesses in a community. In this case, I bought two items at each place. I will try visiting another Ace hardware that's across town that the clerk recommended. I'm pretty sure I won't be back to this store.

Two weeks pass with services never being performed, it took about another two weeks to finally receive a refund. Waste of time and poor customer service. Highly advise to avoid this middle man company. I wasn't aware that after hiring them, they hire someone else to do the job which is why they kept delaying. After running out of excuses, they start ignoring your calls. If you decide to hire them anyway, keep in mind you are paying more to go through them, rather than hiring a painting company directly. There is literally no reason to use this company, they are both slower as well as more expensive since you are paying for the services to be performed from whatever company they hire, as well as their own commission. Again, HIGHLY recommend to AVOID! Edit: Calvin from CertaPro did reach out to me via phone after I posted my honest review. I did some more research after and was able to get in contact with one of the independent small painting businesses that CertaPro works with to complete jobs. They knew the salesperson that I was initially working with by name and said they have done multiple projects with them. I usually don't go this far to prove a point but I also don't like being accused of providing false information. Zero communication, subcontracted painting crews, poor quality work, empty promises, and overall miserable experience. I hired Certa Pro Painters of Northwest Florida to paint the entire interior and exterior of my home. After 1.5 - 2 months finalizing the schedule, the paint crew did not show up when they said they would. Once they started the interior, they worked at a snail's pace. Overall, the paint looks like I hired a group of 13-year-old kids to paint the house. At one point, when I wasn't home, Certa Pro added $1900 to the bill to paint a walk-in closet. (I was out of town -- so they stuck my wife with this one) Certa Pro's subcontracted painting crews did such an awful job, I don't want them to come back and fix what they failed to do right the first time. I'll be hiring someone else to fix the interior (including an entire bathroom, all quarter round, damaged paint from tape removal, and on-and-on. I have since cancelled Certa Pro from painting the exterior of the house. When I began asking for a refund, my phone calls were screened -- they would not answer calls from my phone. My wife had to call from her work number to get them to pick up the phone. Once the refund check was cut, Certa Pro docked the refund for the credit card transaction fees -- just another slap in the face. After waiting 30 minutes passed my scheduled appointment to pick up my refund check at the Certa Pro office, I spoke to the franchise co-owner (Summer). She had zero interest in hearing my reason for cancellation. Never once did she ask why I had a bad experience with her company. (I loved the sarcastic "have a wonderful day Mr. B") This review does not do justice for the incredibly terrible experience and the awful quality of work Certa Pro Painters of Northwest Florida provided. I'd be highly embarrassed to be a part of this company. Do not use Certa Pro Painters of Northwest Florida. Hire a local/non franchise company that does their own work and cares about the customer.

This Home Depot has a great outdoor gardening center! I purchase here all the time…read more I like to garden & grow all kinds of herbs for cooking & for medicine so I'm planting constantly. I always find something here I LOVE. I bought a beautiful palm tree here that is now up to 3 thriving giant palm trees. I also bought a lime tree here & it's my absolutely favorite in my tropical garden. It's doing so well I'm going to start farming limes. The Chinese jasmine I bought is doing beautifully! I can't wait to make my own pure organic jasmine essential oil when I gather all the blooms this spring. Everything is doing exceptionally well, very happy with all my plant purchases. Plus there is always someone in the garden center to help load mulch, dirt, mushroom compost etc.. Inside is very small. Which is good bc there are never too many people shopping here but we can never find anything we need inside as the inventory is limited. We are now looking for a new refrigerator & HD here only had one in the size we want & it was not the style I like. For comparison, Lowe's had 3 styles in the size I'm looking for but again, not the style I need. Garden center is fabulous, small indoor area, inventory is limited but never crowded. Always a pleasant shopping experience. Will return.

I called and a nice associate informed me that NO ONE had shopped for my order. After 5 hours NO ONE did their job. She tried to get, I guess whoever is supposed to do online orders/curbside but she said she couldn't get anyone so she did it herself & personally called me back once it was complete. As I type this I'm waiting for someone to "bring my order out." Its been at least 10 minutes now. Let's see how long this is going to take. Absolutely ridiculous.
