The gentleman that works here was very helpful, walked us thru the whole process & told us to return the trailer with his 24/7 self serve return whenever we liked as he is closed on Sundays. We picked up the trailer, picked up the antique & returned the trailer with no issues. However, the return did not process bc the web site was down. Another causality of the Digital Matrix apocalypse. Oopsy. Digital doesn't work without power derp derp. We prefer his wonderful customer to customer personal service better anyway. Glad to still have that option available ;) Will Return.

I was the only customer in there at that time. I walked right past them & they never even acknowledged I was there. Until I had to ask one of them for a price on an item on the wall. She had to radio another employee & give the UPC code for a price. I also went out in to the garden area & saw some hanging lantana baskets that did not have a price on them either. I do not like to shop somewhere where the prices are not on the merchandise. I know they have been bought out & it is not like it use to be, where the employees were so friendly & helpful & would acknowledge their customers. Then, I get to the checkout & the guy asked if I had an account. Gave him 2 different phone #'s & nothing! I should have been in their system. It's very discouraging to say the least. They have some nice things but, a bit pricey on some. It may be awhile before I patronize their business again.

We appreciated his help & time tremendously. Derek helped me load on occasion & he helped hubby load, we made several trips. What a lovely person you have as a employee! Like me, he also lost his mother early & we had a lovely conversation about how important moms are. WOW. He is the most genuine sweet super special person I have met in a long time. Stuck in storm door purgatory. Four months. Still not fixed…read more In November 2025, I bought a storm door from Lowe's and paid extra for professional installation. The install was done in early December. The installer drilled the bottom-lock shock into the wrong place -- multiple times -- leaving a cluster of holes and splintered damage in my painted wood door frame. Not small screw holes. Not normal wear. Repeated mis-drilling into finished exterior trim. And guess what, it's still not right. I'll have the same cluster on the other side when they mount the shock correctly. Lowe's has agreed to replace the storm door. But when it comes to the damaged door frame? Their solution is to smear wood filler into a dozen holes and paint over it. This is finish-grade, painted trim that matches the exterior of my home. Wood filler is not a restoration. It will not match the wood grain. It will not look original. It will always show. And there is additional damage beyond just the holes. For nearly four months I've been told this issue has been "upchanneled." No real updates. No one coming back out to properly evaluate the damage. No accountability for the subcontractor who caused it. It honestly feels like they're trying to wait me out so I'll accept a cheap cosmetic patch instead of a proper repair. If you're considering paying Lowe's for installation services, understand that if something goes wrong, you may be stuck in escalation limbo while your home sits damaged. This should have been handled immediately. Instead, it's been dragged out for months

This was my favorite store to find affordable household improvement materials for years. I haven't been able to find a good deal at all. Actually, some of the very same materials I bought previously for $5 dollars a box is now for $30, $35, and $50 dollars. This store was always full of customers and now it's always empty. And I've noticed that people are not donating as much as they used to either. I'll drive a little further to get good deals since there isn't much competition in this area. I've spent thousands of dollar at this store previously but I don't like to spend my money frivolously. I think this is a local problem because I've been to the same store in other states and they're fairly priced.

I always find something here I LOVE. I bought a beautiful palm tree here that is now up to 3 thriving giant palm trees. I also bought a lime tree here & it's my absolutely favorite in my tropical garden. It's doing so well I'm going to start farming limes. The Chinese jasmine I bought is doing beautifully! I can't wait to make my own pure organic jasmine essential oil when I gather all the blooms this spring. Everything is doing exceptionally well, very happy with all my plant purchases. Plus there is always someone in the garden center to help load mulch, dirt, mushroom compost etc.. Inside is very small. Which is good bc there are never too many people shopping here but we can never find anything we need inside as the inventory is limited. We are now looking for a new refrigerator & HD here only had one in the size we want & it was not the style I like. For comparison, Lowe's had 3 styles in the size I'm looking for but again, not the style I need. Garden center is fabulous, small indoor area, inventory is limited but never crowded. Always a pleasant shopping experience. Will return.

No email or text saying it's ready which I thought was strange because when I do curbside at other locations, my order is ready within 30 minutes or an hour. I called and a nice associate informed me that NO ONE had shopped for my order. After 5 hours NO ONE did their job. She tried to get, I guess whoever is supposed to do online orders/curbside but she said she couldn't get anyone so she did it herself & personally called me back once it was complete. As I type this I'm waiting for someone to "bring my order out." Its been at least 10 minutes now. Let's see how long this is going to take. Absolutely ridiculous.

He explained why PVC primer is essential for the glue to work and walked me through brushless vs. other drill motors. I ended up with a brushless drill, and he helped load everything into my car. If you want real help from someone who knows their stuff, this Ace Hardware delivered.
