I'm thrilled I did, because she was spot on with the yellow (Banana Cream) and also the white trim (Greek Villa) plus the concrete floor stain (Dill). I was wrong as a gentleman named Jose claim to have looked ALL the way through my history and couldn't find the second shade that I wanted although I had ordered it recently. I asked a question if there's an online portal for customers to see their color history and when he asked, another gentleman helped him find my second color. Although Jose got very nasty that he looked through all the history and did not find the color in there, and even tried to tell me that I must've purchased it at another store and confuse it for this one (?) Beyond that the profile has my husbands name but my phone number I asked if we could clean up the information like having his phone number or my name instead and even that posed as a inconvenience for him. It's basic customer service; you're there to do a job & when we have stupid questions even if you heard it all day just be nicer about it.
