Initially I went to the closer Gulf to Bay store because, really, how difficult could selecting yellow be?? Oh my, SO many yellows to choose from! The guy at that store luckily suggested I go to the 580 store and meet with Lisa for help. I'm thrilled I did, because she was spot on with the yellow (Banana Cream) and also the white trim (Greek Villa) plus the concrete floor stain (Dill). The house looks beautiful and the worry about the colors was off my shoulders. Lisa has a talent that us amateurs should always utilize instead of making huge paint color mistakes. Trust her! The gentleman that filled my propane was friendly as we're the ladies behind the counter. I am an employee and was on vacation in FL and visited the Gulf to Bay store in Clearwater FL. The clerk said he couldnt give me the discount without my card so I pulled up our employee app to show I was truly an employee. He called the manager who said that wouldnt work because they needed the card to prove who I was..............would I really have access to the app if I wasnt an employee? Terrible customer service. If you are going to treat a fellow employee that way, how are you treating regular customers? I visited 2 other Ross Stores in the area (Largo and Country Side) and they did not have a problem using this method to verify. THINK.........and do what is right for the customer as well as the employees who are customers.
