I am a former cabinetmaker and a woodworking hobbyist now. I called today to inquire about 5/4 lumber and I have never been treated this rudely at Anderson. He acted like I was a complete idiot and did not know what I was talking about, tone of voice was almost threatening, like I was asking stupid questions about the availability of 5/4 inch wood in different softwood species.
