For the amount of money spent, these cabinets should have arrived in perfect condition. Another 3 cabinets has marks and scuffs and Lowe's told me that is why a paint kit is sent. The value of the products are cheap! Lowe's staff did nothing! A resolution of refurbished cabinets was completely unacceptable. I will say it again. Lowe's did nothing!!!!!! I filed a complaint with the financial institution and was able to get my money back while I continued to fight and filed with BBB and then I finally received a phone call from Lowe's executive team. I had already settled a resolution with the cabinet maker by that time which was acceptable. Then Lowe's hid behind "policy and procedure" nonsense and couldn't discuss the matter anyway all on a recorded line. Buyer beware-they will not help you when they ship you damaged goods! Shame on Lowe's! They do not care, they will not call you unless you file a complaint with BBB and even then they will hide. I do not recommend them.
