Our simple website project was promised in 60 days (no later that 2/17/1), and now it is going on 9…read moremonths. Developers have changed over 5 times so there is no continuity. They can only have calls at 6:30 a.m. pacific time via Skype. They also try to get their funds before the agreed upon milestones. My recommendation is if you decide to hire these guys you use a contract that incorporates late fee penalties for them in the hopes they stay within their promised dates. E.G. The best way would be at Milestone 2 is completed on 10/1/2017 you would pay the agreed upon amount; but if they are late they will be penalized $50 per day. These guys deliver more than they promise, and I regret hiring them on, but lesson learned. What do you like most about the company? They are pleasant people but they do not get the job done as promised or on time. They are late by over 6 months!! They have changed developers over 5 times. What they should improve on? Their communication, timeline adherence, credibility, available to meet with you during "your" business hours not theirs in India. You get what you pay for and it is now costing us money for we are not in market and the project that started in January is no where near being completed. 9 months and counting....... Buyer beware.

I wanted to purchase some Yu-Gi-Oh cards for my kids, I was impressed with the selection. While I didn't need any tabletop games, I made a note of the quality and variety of the games for sale. I was chatting with the counter clerk (may have been the proprietor), who told me that while the original Serenity is in Oneonta, the Norwich shop has been open for a bit now. I'd believe that, there were a decent number of people in there, esp for a hobby shop. Seemed pretty popular. I was especially impressed with how welcoming and inclusive the store felt. Gamers are a rather diverse (and too often marginalized) group, I was happy to see a safe space for them, particularly in times like these. Anyway, I digress. I was there for Yu-Gi-Oh cards, I got what I needed for a fair price. Heck, the next time I'm in the area, I may go out of my way for a visit, and now that NYS covid protocols are loosened, maybe I can get some gaming on while there. A chill store for sure, you won't be disappointed.

I have recently had the misfortune of bringing a couple projects to Logo This for printing on…read moreT-shirts. First off, the cost of printing a fairly simple design was pretty ludicrous. A black design with mostly letters and a simple graphic cost $20 to print on a $10 shirt. I have been dealing with printing companies for several years as a graphic designer and have never encountered pricing this awful. Second, one of the requirements is that a file be rendered in vector graphics for printing, which is pretty standard. You would think however that the staff would have some experience working with illustrator files, but you would be very wrong for thinking that. Out of 50 T-shirts that were printed one came out bad, and just from looking at it it was obviously a printer malfunction. When the shirt was brought back to be redone they tried to blame it on the artwork. I'm sorry, but if it was a problem with the art work then why did only one come out bad, furthermore why did you try to give it to a customer? That's terrible quality control and shows a real lack of concern for their customers. I didn't want to leave a bad review but I pretty much had to. It's all been pretty unfortunate. I hope they can improve.
